1 ★ البرنامج يفتقر الى خدمات العملاء بكافه انواعها..لا استطيع معرفة اي شي عن حسابي البنكي...لا استطيع تحويل من حساب الى حساب او دفع الفواتير....لا توجد خريطه لمعرفة اماكن الصراف الآلي....يرنامج يحتاج الى التطوير من الالف الى الياء....الرجاء تطوير البرنامج
1 ★ السلام عليكم البرنامج لايخدم العميل في اي شي حتى معرفة الرصيد لايوفرها، ناهيك عن خدمات تسديد الفواتير، الحوالات، والالتزامات المالية للعميل نحق الغير.. نتمنى ان يقدم البنك خدمات ومن بعده التطبيق هذا تماما مثل بعض بنوك التسليف.. مع العلم بان اكثر عملاء هذا البنك من الشركات النفطية والتي موظفيها في حقول النفط بحاجة ماسة لهذه الخدمات مقابل اجور رمزية زهيدة على الرغم من ان لديكم هذه الخدمات بواسطة الـ SMSفما المانع ان تاتي مع التطبيق؟ اتمنى وغيري كثير ان نرى هذه الخدمات مضافة في التطبيق.. وشكرا

1 ★ لو بانكانك تطوير البرنامج ليصبح مثل برنامج كاك بنك تستطيع من خلاله معرفه رصيدك وعمليه تسديد الفواتير على الاقل او شحن رصيد. ستكون بذالك قدمت خدمه عظيمه لعملاء البنك
