Web Image Widget 2.4 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

5 ★ This handy little app puts a National Weather Service radar snapshot of my region on my home screen (from forecast.weather.gov). The image is the most recent frame of an NWS animated gif that also marks in color code any weather alerts in my area. The app updates the image automatically every 15 minutes or on demand with two taps on the widget. Nice!
4 ★ Nice app. But the image refresh after 15 minutes. A lower value 2 or 5 min will be great

5 ★ This widget works perfectly-- I thought it was missing a way to manually refresh, but I saw in another review that double-tapping does that. Even better, the app is open-source. My use-case is a little complicated, but I can't complain about how this app is designed at all.
