Description
The application aims at presenting the general information about the councils such as the updated news, statistics, departments, branches and social networking sites as well as the electronic services provided by the council to the engineers and technicians such as the system of professional accreditation and training, the system of engineering councils and branches, and electronic ticketing system. The application also enables the visitors to inquire about engineers and technicians and to view a list of technical arbitrators.

2 ★ App shall be good if we have options to check verify and download the attachments updated for the membership and many such options to be available in mobile version
1 ★ No option to add request in membership renewal process from website and app.
3 ★ SCE web and app need to update as soon as possible. Because app is no any detail options. And web site also the same. Web sit you change your language,some registration forms coming all Arabic language. Eg. Technician Registration form all designation coming in Arabic language. Certificate attachment also have problem. If you attach certificate front it's uploading normally. If you attach backside of certificate. Frontside of certificate replaced to backside certificate. Like that issue I face.
1 ★ Unable to renew my membership. It's asking visa number. Not understood why it needs this information. I keep inputting the required information but it keeps showing error.
5 ★ User friendly, clear guidance and easy to use
1 ★ App is useless..need to improve..there is no guidance, also the things are not clear in app.
2 ★ When I request for printing of my id and certificate, it says "No printing requests available". What a silly information. That's why I'm going to have printing request because this is my first time. How could I request when it just says no printing request. Absurd.

1 ★ So sad to know abt SCE, who is controling the Engineers they implemented the rules & moved in production without proper testing whr all technicians need to register in SCE otherwise their Iqama can't be renew so whn technicians trying to register in SCE web the portal showing message "Your profession is not engineering, only engineers can register" the contact centre and customer service team are unable to help anyone and saying the issue is frm IT will be resolved soon since more than a week:(
