1 ★ The app is slow, it gets stuck too often. The info is many times incorrect (like players ranks) and it's extremely hard to look at the draw and understand what's going on. For an app that needs to be live for 2 weeks out of the whole year it's very embarrassing.

1 ★ Absolute trash of an app. Always displaying a error message. User interface is horrible and not user friendly at all. You guys need hire new designers and coders. A 5 year old could do better.

1 ★ This has to be the worse grand slam app ever. Takes ages to load, even then it's not always clear what you're looking at. The text is so large only the first 4 letters of players names are visible. Very disappointing.

5 ★ This app has gone from 10 to 0. Pathetic design & too much of bugs. Whoever approved this stupid design must go back to Kindergarten and start learning drawing from square one. Worst App Update ever. You guys certainly gotta learn from how US Open is maintaining their app. Google website does a better job compared to this disaster of an app. 1 star for sure.

2 ★ Really buggy (or else very non-intuitive). Some news items won't scroll down, and also I can't see how to get past the 1st pic in any gallery.

1 ★ Not sure if anything this app was intended to because it was an issue every step of the way. Never had issues with the older versions but you all really screwed that up this year. Hope it gets better next year. 😶

5 ★ Open app began with "fits and starts, soon became reliably consistent. Expansive graphics though quite stunning, slowed data flow. Easier to follow another app for in match stats. Shame no IBM Slamtracker, nor a way to save choices of "metric or "Imperial". Over all, different and improved from last year.

1 ★ Pathetic app, always telling me that the service is temporarily unavailable. Can't believe they can spend millions on a tournament and not spare a few thousands to hire someone to write a proper code

1 ★ I thought I'd give it a shot for 2018 in the hopes this app had improved. Alas, it keeps crashing or giving me "updating" messages. C'mon, this is a major tournament - this is a black eye.

1 ★ Hardly worked on the first day. Error messages on the second day. You'd think a great tournament like this wouldn't beta test their app on the paying customers. Shall we talk about the crappy WiFi too?

2 ★ Terrible layout this year, and constant page loading errors for the first week at least. Last year's app was significantly better. Draw pages are also fiddle to navigate.

1 ★ In my experience it has been glitchy and slow. And the layout is terrible - it's all too spread out, there's too much white space. I want to see all the live scores + results in a single view or with limited scrolling. Same with the draw. Instead I scroll and scroll, and wait, and scroll... and then go elsewhere for the info because I've aged 10 years and it's not worth it.

2 ★ Slow and unresponsive. It has all the information required, but it is poorly designed and made. I prefer 3rd party apps to check AO scores and news.

1 ★ Worst AO app ever. Trying to check some results does not even show up. Hope you can get it right next year.

1 ★ Why change/fix something which wasn't broken? Last year's app worked perfectly. This one gives me a 503 error all the time. Waste of time and resources. Now I have to check scores, news, ect. off the website.
