3 ★ I do like checking on my prescriptions with the app. I wish that the prepay option was compatible with the pharmacy's systems. I've learned that is faster and easier for us and the Hy-Vee Pharmacy staff to pay when you get there.
1 ★ Too many "forced updates". I want to hop on, order and be done...but the past 4 times I order, I have had to update...which takes 20 minutes. Then when I go to check out, it takes forever to load, so I end up going to the website to check out. Maybe THIS update will fix that. We shall see.
1 ★ Keeping logging me out when I am shopping. I have reset my phone and it still is doing it. I have been forced out 8 times now and I'm only 2/3 done with my order.
1 ★ It's still broken, are they never going to fix it? Convenient to have prescription information and refill from the app but currently it won't even open. Crashes when you click Log In.
2 ★ App is super slow and laggy. Can't get through entire ad because I dont have time to wait 5 minutes for each page to load ever time I swipe over. Also wish that deals added to shopping list were sorted by department or aisle.
1 ★ Terrible that I have to be connected to the internet to scan my rewards barcode. In your gas station that's darn near impossible. Slow, bad design.
1 ★ Why the change? I didn't realize I had to update the app until I was in line checking out. I gave the guy my number instead but the $0.30 I earned is no where to be found in the app.... Now I have to go back and have them add the points because I was going to use them for gas this weekend.
1 ★ App is still broken I haven't been able to use it since July 1st. I did call into HyVee customer support and have not heard anything.
1 ★ Update everytime. Please just print an ad. Way too much to go through to find this weeks specials. Happy we have Fareway and Aldi's with complete ads to shop from. Goodbye HyVee.
2 ★ Overall this app does what I need it to do, show me if something I want is at my nearest Hy-Vee, and what part of the store I need to look in. It would be nice if Hy-Vee stores had aisle numbers like Target does, so I can cut down the searching, but it works. What doesn't work is that if you're on a VPN, which I almost always am with my phone, then the app won't just tells me I have no network. I've double checked that my network is working, but the app won't work. As soon as I turn my VPN off, the app connects fine and lets me sign in. Reconnect to the VPN, and the app stops returning results. I don't know if it's bad programming, or if they want some data that the VPN is blocking so they stop the app from working until the VPN is disconnected. Either way I won't be using the app until this is fixed.
3 ★ I've used this app before with good results. However, I tried to have flowers delivered to a friend today, and the app was difficult to navigate. The process between ordering food for delivery and ordering flowers for delivery is muddled. I don't want to have to change my "home store" just to have flowers delivered in another state. Also, the app offered same-day delivery, but then said it would not deliver to a location 10 blocks from the store. I ended up calling the store and was satisfied.
1 ★ "New" app forces you to both have an account AND to sign into it before you can see anything!! Absolutely NOT consumer friendly; spend far too much time just trying to find what you want. The supposed "guest" feature does not work either! I used the old app all the time; this one - almost never.
2 ★ Everytime I go to log in it kicks me out. Not sure how I am to look at my info. Need to fix this issue please.
1 ★ Got logged out, now when I try to log back in the app closes. Very frustrating!!!!
1 ★ Used this app theough the wntire pandemic. Now I can't even open it. Can't log in, won't do anything but spin. Fix this!
