1 ★ Can't create an account, seems like the app doesn't work anymore 😕
1 ★ Uninstalled it immediately after trying to sign in and getting an error message saying my login credentials were not recognized. Tried signing in via the browser too, reset my password twice - no luck. Such a poor experience gives me enough reason to not buy anything on hyperli again.
1 ★ Exactly the same experience like all the users. It worked perfectly with this new update. It logged me out and I can't log back in and I can't even reset my password 😡
1 ★ COMPLAINT same issues that make the Hyperli App frustrating: - info in grey colour font - too light - Black is internationally business accepted for a reason - cant magnify to make font clearer - cant screenshot to send to friends and family that dont have internet - your budget filter sliding scale is ridiculously irritating -.too sensitive - time consuming - 20/7/20 COMPLAINT Your price filter isnt user friendly and wastes time. Option to input amounts will be more practical and less hassle 🙄
1 ★ Ever since the upgrade, app crashes or gives a blank screen when I view a deal. This means being redirected to the top of the page every time. My word it's frustrating. Can you roll back the upgrade? I see no improvements in this version. Also can't view a deal in my cart. The only option is to remove it

I can't complete any orders, A notification just pops up - cart not found The need help section even has a bug, It states everything has been prefilled for your convenience, name, number, email,etc. Once you complete typing the description of your problem, it asks for you to enter a contact number 🤷♂️
3 ★ It irks me so much when you get the Hyperli email and are interested in a deal, you click on the link and it opens the FRONT Page of the app. Then you still have to search for the deal within the app and more often then not you get the Grey loading screen of death. Surely this is an easy fix!?!
5 ★ Hyperli "consumer" app is fantastic. Simple, easy and secure. huge variety and great deals. Please work on lowering your delivery costs as this is a deciding factor on "should I buy or not". I bought my first few items and delivery was within said period. I look forward to making more purchases.
2 ★ Honestly, accessing hyperli through the internet instead of in the app is still the best. The app freezes, refuses to save my debit card details, and is not as detailed with offers as opposed to scrolling through the internet. The app honestly has a lot of room for improvement.
2 ★ App doesn't work, can't sign in or browse. Haven't used HYPERLI in a while after buying a few coupons for really bad restaurants so don't trust the quality anymore it's honestly too much effort to go complain for a refund. Use the HYPERLI website there are still good deals just check Google reviews first or get the entertainer app they have great deals at GOOD restaurants. This app is junk though 2 website is good
1 ★ Honestly trying to communicate with the people at hyperli is a struggle. Ive sent out so many emails and I am still waiting for a response. I've been trying to get a refund for 3 spa vouchers that I purchased that I cannot redeem now because of a major inconvenience. It'd be great if there was a contact number we could call.
1 ★ I am unable to edit my profile, birthday, gender etc. Then when I want to let them know that they have a problem with the app, it prefills my name and email, but i have to enter my contact number and message. However when i want to send the msg, it keeps saying please enter contact number, ever though my number is Already filled in... If the app has issue with such basic things, i would be weary to purchase any deals on here as your offers might also be full of errors
1 ★ I'm very disappointed that after loading the Hyperli App, adding my banking details, and trying for the past two days to purchase two spa treatments at Bakwena, I keep getting "kicked off". Really wanted to qualify for the 20% discount as advertised until today, 26 May.
