1 ★ Reward redemption needs improvement. Clicking on "redeem" opens up in store payment that can't be cancelled, instead of the more logical action of opening up the order. If you don't redeem in store in time, the reward is lost. That's terrible design.
1 ★ Didn't work at all. Could not get "place an order" page to load. Tried multiple times. Downloaded it for the pi day discount, which I didn't get. Maybe not wise to run a promotion encouraging people to download an app that doesn't work? 😬
1 ★ The app takes longer than 5 minutes to open up and to start a new order. I have updated and I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app numerous times. No matter what time of day I should be able to open the app and take a look at the options to start a fresh order.
1 ★ Applications are developed my software developers and are only as good as those that developed it. So these developers are not very good, I would find better. First I tried to reorder a previous order, it told me that they had no jalapeno peppers, so you can't just order it without, you have to start all over from scratch. Then I do that, and get to the point to choose a time to pickup, I choose ASAP, it tells me "sorry, it appears many others are ordering at this time, please pick another time
1 ★ Has to be the worst ordering app ever. Let me go through my entire order, get to the end, enter my address, just to tell me they aren't accepting orders.... Yeah, lots of fun. Great pizza, lame app.
1 ★ Don't risk it! They will let you order, tell you everything is fine, then not answer the phone after going MIA for an hour past the original arrival time. And they force you to order via this app (they cancel DoorDash orders) then deliver with freaking DoorDash!
1 ★ This app is a broken piece of garbage that dosent recognize correct store locations and won't send through orders, or says the store is too busy to accept orders.... constantly. A broken app, and a broken buisness.
1 ★ Love Blaze pizza! I primarily order everything online. Unfortunately, this app does not work. Doesn't load, returning logins won't allow login again. Just terribly buggy appt. Sadly, this is the reason I don't order Blaze anymore.
4 ★ Blaze🔥would get 5-stars, but their service has gotten sorta sloppy the past couple of orders. I orders on-line all my fixings were put in middle of 🍕, when I complained the next time in, all I got was, that they had been getting alot of complains about that, and that person has been replaced, no refund or money off my present order...?
1 ★ They will never send you the link for a new password if you forget it. A message will say it was sent to your email, but it will never send. I have sent numerous emails over the past two years, but no one ever responds.
1 ★ No longer works on rooted phones with SuperSU. Sorry, I own my phone and I paid for the Administrator (root) access. Goodbye Blaze. Update: Stuck on splash screen on non-rooted bootloader locked (no admin accessl carrier S21 Ultra 512gb. This is a fresh install. How do these people still have a job?
1 ★ Ordering went fine until time to enter my payment for pickup. It rejected every card I tried as "payment error". They give you a 'scan card' option that does nothing. Deleting as it's useless
1 ★ 2 people trying to order on two phones side by side in the parking lot and one of us gets the order for 45 minutes from now and the other gets the order for an hour from now. No way to adjust the first order to come out at the same time as the second so we end up with an order sitting around for 15 minutes getting cold. To add to the fun if I want to order something else while sitting there waiting for a 45 minute later order it won't let me add a drink or a dessert once you submit the order.
1 ★ Somebody please contact the developers of this app. Downloaded for Pi day to get the deal but it won't let me register. Based on other comments this app has had problems for some time. Wasteful and stupid to offer promotions and encourage customers to download an app that doesn't work!
1 ★ Code redemption did not work. I wanted my $3.14 pizza but the app would not allow me to use it on ANY 11inch pizza. Tried reinstalling and still did not work. Also tried on another friend's phone and still didn't work.
