The myHusky app supports Visa, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, American Express, Discover and Husky Gift Cards. Your credit card information is stored securely with industry-leading encryption technology.

1 ★ Unable to login to my account. Haven't used the app since August 2020 due to this. App won't allow me to reset password or create a new login. Tried clearing cache only as suggested in previous posts, which has not helped.
1 ★ The worst experience ever. Couldn't authorize through the app. Tried tapping my visa, didn't work. Inserted the card into the pump and now the card is locked in the reader. Can't take it out. Seems the app interfered somehow and now I'm sitting, waiting for the attendant to figure out this mess.
1 ★ Same as the other folks here, I upgraded my phone to a Pixel 4a and have all of the available apps. This one wont let me login. I enter my user name and password and nothing comes up on the screen. When I try to reset my password I get an error message stating unable to generate PIN. The app still works perfectly on the old phone and I can login and out of that phone with no issues.
1 ★ The worst app I have ever used and the worst customer service....don't expect any help from customer service ... after using it for few weeks,... cannot login back.... sent few emails and no proper response... cannot even give 1 star.... After posting the above review, just had a look, ... what others have .. looks like the same ....sorry to ask you Mr.Alex .... you keep on mentioning to contact support email address.... are you sure.... just have a look,.. after how many days,they are replying
1 ★ Jusy updated app and now it saying error loadiny cards. If i lose my points again i will be so pissed! I have like $200 saved up. Please fix this. Wow customer service sucks too. Have done what they wanted and still no response. Now app says unable to load because no internet!!!!!!!
2 ★ Hello, I have used my husky points a while back and the app still represents the old/higher points amount, so each time I'm at the station I cannot use those points for free gas as it says insufficient points after on the receipt. Can you please fix this? ...yes I have already cleared all cache and data, and even re-installed the app, still showing my old reward points balance.
1 ★ Mobile pay doesn't allow you to pay with multiple gift cards already registered as payment options (one has 31.60 the other had 100- shows 131.60 available but doesn't join them for authorization?) --Using 2 gift cards on the app isn't 2 different methods of payment. They should merge like the total says.
1 ★ This app worked for a couple of weeks a year ago then said something like "failed to load cards" I got a new phone now, but still the same message. I don't bother gassing up at Husky anymore when the apps at other gas stations actually work.
1 ★ Connection problem: Similar to other reviews, I am unable to load my cards and receive an error message. Now I am unable to load the app at all because apparently there is a connectivity issue despite my phone being connected to both data and wifi
1 ★ Can't login to app after changing phones. Can't do a password reset or anything. Tried contacting support but never heard back. Ok, now I've contacted support via email as they asked below, and I never heard back from them again. Is it possible to give 0 stars??
1 ★ Disappointing.. the app stop loading my card, I can't use the app to put fuel, my saved points have disappeared.. tried reinstalling the app and it was a waste of time. It keep giving me a connectivity error.

1 ★ Trash. Won't authorize payment for over a year. Uninstaller. Android and apple. Nothing works. This is complete garbage
1 ★ No matter what I tried, could not link my cc. Husky customer service blamed the cc, bank blamed Husky. No interest on Husky's part to fix it. Then Husky sold all the locations I bought gas at to Esso.
