2 ★ I used to love Hulu, but the ads have gotten horrific. 3 minutes of ad for every 15 minutes of show? Seriously? I know they get money from it but the no ads subscription is ridiculously overpriced. 12 dollars, so double the normal subscription, for the same product but without ads? It's no longer even worth it. I'm already paying 6 bucks a month, plus a Starz add on, so 16 bucks a month, only to be getting 3 completely unskippable ads every 15 minutes or so in the middle of a show? Ridiculous.

1 ★ Have opened several tickets and long calls about them treating Google Fi VPN as an identification hiding VPN. It is default on Pixel phones and it turns itself back on constantly, so having to disable it every damn episode sucks. Before anyone thinks this sounds like a Google problem, both supports say this is something only Hulu can fix. Hulu support also says this is an urgent issue even though it has been going on for months and multiple support tickets have gone absolutely nowhere.

1 ★ The app is really outdated. My phone has a wide aspect ratio, so it's almost perfect to watch wide aspect ratio movies on. Apps like Netflix, hbo, and YouTube let you zoom in so the content takes up the whole screen, but you can't do that on Hulu. It forces you to watch in 18:9 aspect ratio, which ends up with huge black bars on the top, bottom, and both sides of the screen. It's literally unused space that Hulu can't be bothered to use. They don't care, I'm glad I only got the free trial.

1 ★ After working fine for a year, it gave me a random error message and refuses to play anything. I went to the help page to see if there was any info about this and found a post and comments from people have the exact same issue for over a *year and a half*. If they haven't fixed it by now, I'm not holding my breath for a fix any time soon.

2 ★ Wear ear plugs for the commercials! When streaming from this app, the commercials are deafening. It's probably their attempt at getting you to pay more for the premium version without ads. Not everyone can afford to pay for no ads, but they shouldn't be punished by causing them to go deaf.

3 ★ I love hulu would have given 5 stars but for a few reasons I feel more of a 3.7 rating. You can't use multi window like you can with Netflix or Philo. They remove seasons or episodes as they please. They are slow to release certain shows and paying 70 for live "no commercials" when there are still commercials even on older broadcasted episodes. You cannot use a hot spot to watch hulu in your home on say a roku TV. Location an satellites always change say your on a trip an watch on a phone.

3 ★ I seriously can not understate how f***ing annoying it is how loud the ads are compared to the show I'm watching. Why???? It's literally almost 2x louder than the show I'm watching to a point I literally have to grab the remote and smash the volume button down. I know it's a tactic, but all this is doing is making me rethink continuing this service.

4 ★ Great price!! Good shows. The option of customizing and able to like, dislike and hide shows that you find inappropriate is great!! Just Wish they had Troll Hunters (the Animated Show). Other than that, love the Documentaries and the Cartoons. Last thing I want to see is a bunch of Celebratie Spam or horror shows. Customizing is a great option.

1 ★ Client gets stuck in an error loop "Error playing video" and no way to get out of it. Plenty of ram and HD space, so application issue. Multiple system errors attempting to upgrade my "Bundle" "Bundle" isn't even a bundle, there is no integration. You can't fast forward commercials, so doesn't provide services implicated by the word "DVR" If you happen to start watching during a commercial, you are forced to watch 10 minutes of commercials before you can START watching then have to watch AGAIN.

1 ★ All of a sudden it has me repeating the same episodes of the show I was watching. I keep having to manually skip episodes just to avoid re-watching the same 4 episodes of this show that has 10 seasons. Fix it. Also won't let me log in or report the issues on the app

3 ★ Everytime I go to a TV series I watch regularly. It goes to the last 2 minutes of the the episode after the most recent one watched. This happens on my iPhone, samsung phone, Samsung/sony smart tvs, and both of my playstation 5's. These issues go back to 2019 on Google. This is definitely a you problem not a me problem Hulu. Spend whatever $$$ is necessary to fix this because I've talked to a few other people who have canceled your services due to this issue and it's annoying me more & more.

3 ★ Love the options for shows and movies BUT hate that with 20 or 30 minutes left in an episode it automatically counts down and starts the next episode! Annoying! 😡 No tellings how many episodes I've missed the end of because I didn't catch it prematurely advancing to the next episode. Makes it difficult to keep up with any series. Glitch that needs to be fixed!

2 ★ Two things that irritate me about this app, other than the loud commercials which are significantly much louder than the actual show, is that you cannot fast forward or rewind during the commercials ... you have to wait for them to finish before you can rewind only for it to replay again PLUS I constantly have to turn my subtitles back on every single time I get on this app unlike with Netflix because they're smart enough to keep the subtitles on. These need to be fixed & this app needs work. 🤬

1 ★ This app is absolute trash. Even though everything is up to date, it constantly stutters and buffers. Like, every single show, about every 4 minutes or so. Tried uninstalling, reinstalling, etc. Same. Just garbage. Seriously, don't waste your money.

4 ★ READ FULLY.. Omg such an amazing.. piece of garbage of an app. Anything new and worth watching requires channel subcription and its 50$/month. 3 month trial? They charged me 2 weeks after i got the app. Comercials are beyond rediculous.. you start show episode, u get 30-45 second commercial 5 min into show, you get commercial for 1 in half min, every freaking 3 minutes.. you watch more looping commercials than your shows. DONT SIGN UP FOR THIS GARBAGE.
