1 ★ First of all, very bad customer service. I have never given a one star rating before; so for me to do so now means this is really bad!!! In connecting a payment option, money was deducted from my Visa card to make sure it's valid and claimed to return it once verified; till now, my money has not been refunded. The customer call lines will never answer or reply your call. Least thing you can do is listen to what users of your app have to say. I don't recommend this app for download. Bad!!!!!

1 ★ Please enter the code from the sms we sent you. It's been 2 weeks the Code never came...

1 ★ You advertise a lot about being able to integrate your payments with any platform. Yet a client needs to integrate with a WordPress Website which is a market standard used by many, and there's no information on how to. No clear info on limitations. Your developer page is not helpful even for an experienced programmer, some links are broken, and logging in is a repetitive hustle. And your staff are not helpful, yet you should ideally integrate for the customer. Be cautious paying for this service

Their responsiveness to complaints are really appalling and transactions mostly do not go through... worse of all their refund process takes several hours if not days, making it really frustrating and not trustworthy! I strongly do not recommend if you want to do serious business transactions!

1 ★ I purchased credit about 20mins ago and till now I haven't received any credit. I can't contact you guys and that horrible automated replies on your chat is boring. The person's number you've been giving out to us to call, the person is angry and you guy should remove his contact cos he says he's no longer doing business with you. Kindly send me my credit

4 ★ A useful tool but I think more can be done. I cannot add multiple mobile money accounts. I have to log out in order to use another mobile money account. Assuming I am on different networks, that'll be time consuming

4 ★ Good app, however I am not able to add multiple Mobile Wallet accounts. Please resolve this in your next update else I'll have to switch completely to expressPay. I use a Samsung A10s

1 ★ I wanted to use Hubtel to make payment to G care for two good days yet it's still not working. Nice Features, anyway what's point of nice features yet can't send money to Merchants ??? I just deleted the App sef.
