1 ★ I wrongly updated my Mate 8 because I'm unable to get any updates via OTA. After my phone went bust due to a manual update, the local huawei refused to restore for me my phone when I'm even willing to pay.

1 ★ Useless app and live chat. Agents cant even answer simple queries. Agents also disseminte false information on firmware updates. Most of them have conflicting solutions to problems encountered by customers. Hiawei should train their agents well regarding their products. Useless app and livechat.

5 ★ I have used Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge, iPhone 6 plus, One plus 3....love phones. But it is in P9 I think I have found what I love....fantastic camera and camera features. People who are fond of camera phones....please look no further...otherwise too...I think p9 is great value for money...it is so sleek...has all the features plus more of Samsung...
2 ★ Haven't been able to login for over a week. Simply says "can't connect to server, touch to refresh". Tried using wifi, mobile data, reinstalling the app, restarting the phone, nothing works. Still waiting for a reply from support.
2 ★ The phone keeps freezing and and not touch sensitive enough. Huawei can do better than this.
