2 ★ Good at first, set up picked up watch very quick, put phone down went back on it no watch connected and now when i go to pair watch it says that my watch is connected and if i continue to set up that my watch that i set up at first won't be paired..but there is nothing there to pair. Very confusing so uninstalled. I'll stick with huawei health.

1 ★ It did work but now it's trash. Completely unusable. Will not connect to my watch. Time to upgrade to a different distributor.

1 ★ Worked great the first month or so. I have a note 9 and watch 2. This app no longer connect to the watch. Google wear is connected and works. It keeps wanting to pair when watch is already paired.

1 ★ Really terrible app. Takes several connect / reconnect bluetooth cycles before the app finally shows the correct number of steps in sync with the watch. Upon the first launch, every single time I get the warning "the app "quitted" unexpectedly" Please add it to protected apps". Firstly "quitted" is such old fashioned English. Also, protected apps are a feature of Huawei phones only. This is completely irrelevant to users of other makes of phones. I've contacted Huawei directly about these issues but received no reply.

1 ★ Constantly refuses to reconnect with watch and when it does could take a week to update step count to the Health app, if at all, there has been numerous times when it records very few steps and even zero on some days. Very annoying when it likes to inform you that targets have not been met when you know they have. If you are serious about recording your steps get another app as this is too unreliable.

1 ★ I can't connect my honour band 4, it isn't on the list. It also asks for lots of information like your hight, weight and date of birth. Would not recommend, a lot of effort for nothing.

1 ★ Since one of the latest update this app started to ask to turn the location on in order to pair with my honor band 3 on Bluetooth. That doesn't make sense to me, specially when sometimes the band disconnects and it only reconnects when turning on again the location. It's not supose to need to constantly have the location on just to have my honor band paired with the phone.

1 ★ This app is fine other than it doesn't actually allow you to access the full functionality of your device. Huawei Heath allows you to do that, but in order to use huawei health you need Huawei mobile services which I cant even download nor would I want it because three seperate apps just to use my huawei band 2 pro is absolutely ridiculous. *Update* the most recent update has made the device almost completely obsolete. I can't even use the alarm anymore. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

3 ★ Earlier was able to see caller name but now it's only incoming call notification coming without showing the caller name. As people have mentioned , if there is more than one message it gets stacked up and sender name is not visible , it just shows for eg 3 messages from 2 chats, which is really not serving the purpose. The vibration keeps continuing even after receipt of call.

1 ★ After updating my phone to Android Pie 9.0, the band does not show the name or number of the person calling, it just shows 'incoming call'. Seems like Android Pie compatibility issues. Also, for multiple whatsapp messages, band doesn't show the content, instead shows something like ' 3 messages from 2 chats' thats it. Fix these bugs fast

3 ★ Hi Team, I have an honor band 3 fitness tracker it was working fine with my Mi A1 phone. But after getting Android 9 update, it's started misbehaving with my phone now currently facing below issues. 3 ★ Need more functions: I'd like to see a "diet" section where I can track food/cal intake and compare it to the burned Cal (Fitbit like). I like to be able to schedule the HB sensor to get the constant tracking disable during certain period in the day to save battery and so on. Otherwise I'll never buy a Fitbit ever again!

3 ★ Earlier caller name was displayed, which was one the the main reason why I purchased this device but now just Incoming call, no names Also the vibrate notification has a delay, devices vibrate after 4-5 seconds of receiving call. and keeps on vibrating even after you pick the call. You really need to work on this issues.

2 ★ It is working on my other phone in which I had already downloaded but on this phone ( one plus 6 ) it is not working it says to download a new version of huawei health but since I can't open it I can't update it I don't know what to do please give me a opinion so I can use use my band and huawei health
