Specific to Amazfit ARC heart rate, activity + sleep tracker:
• Has 20-day battery life on a single charge.
• Features an optical heart rate sensor.
• Has a scratch resistant OLED touch screen.

1 ★ Application sucks Can't login with my already registered email address, and can't even sign up worst application. Forgot password link also Won't work
1 ★ There is a solution for the login problem: to pair your watch you need another app called Zepp instead of this one. Zepp worked with Amazfit Bip S.
1 ★ It crashes, a lot. Also, No way to enable notifications in app. I bought this tracker specifically because i wanted a minimal tracker that would also vibrate for calls and messages. Well, the only option the software gives me is to set an alarm. The notification option that is supposed to be there is missing entirely! Very frustrating. I might have to go back to using my old Fitbit. I've sent a message to them for help, we'll see if they are able to fix this.
1 ★ App closes immediately upon opening. Since I have the Amazfit Equator which is screenless, this renders my tracker useless. Requested support, but was told to update my app even though I already have the most recent version of the app. Will now move forward with looking into other fitness trackers.
1 ★ I just got an amazfitbip s which I can't sync because the login for this app isn't working
1 ★ What is going on has this apps system crashed or what??? All the sudden i have no account. All my account info and workout data is gone. Guess i need to buy a different fitness tracker. Judging by all the new and old bad reviews they must be going under or being bought out like Pebble. Please let us know what's goin on.

1 ★ Broken. fix your app soon or we will be returning our devices (equators). They will not connect to this app at all! tried about 50 different times with a full charge and ble scanner to make sure it was paired and connected.

5 ★ I am using with the Amazfit Equator (the one that looks like a ceramic disk). This app syncs to Google Fit, even though it says on the Amazfit website that it doesn't. The app operates smoothly and updates my steps when I'm away from my phone.

1 ★ What happened with your app today?App stopped working, didn't recognize my log in, wouldn't let me do anything, now I can't even download the app. I restarted phone, uninstalled app and reinstalled 3 times and still nothing. Please advise as to what is going on
