Midong app can automatically track your activity, calorie burn, sleep (sleep track needs a band) as well as other data. These data are displayed in different diagrams to give you a direct view of your own exercise habits and sleep quality. Meanwhile, according to data analysis, Midong offers professional suggestions to encourage you change bad habits and be more healthy.

1 ★ The amazfit won't connect to the app even after it has been paired and no one is responding to my feedback asking for help with this problem. I haven't been able to sync the amazfit to the app even once. I hope someone will respond to this and help me figure out what the problem is.

5 ★ Don't download an app if you don't have the device for it. The amazfit does not seem selling as well as the miband but the app looks nice
