1 ★ It doesn't show contact names anymore. When I open the app it shows the contacts for a second and then only shows the phone number anymore! But the app definitely has access to the contacts and uses it, because I can type in the contact name in the search function and it shows me the threats!
5 ★ My favorite messaging app so far. The ability to delete messages by selection is a basic ability, yet Android Messages can't do it. Themeing works well, and secure box is useful. Overall fantastic. Please don't abandon this Sense app like you are with all the other Sense apps!
1 ★ All of my texts were randomly deleted from my phone. I backed up my data but nothing saved. I'm not getting any response from the developer and HTC has no clue what happened. Don't use this app.
2 ★ It automatically converts SMS to MMS and I am then charged by my service provider. Not good, it should allow large text and emoji to be sent with SMS.
2 ★ very few features. glitchy. fails to send. fails to retrieve. very undependable.
4 ★ HTC should add "mark as read" at notification beside reply and snooze. This will make the app simple yet functional.
1 ★ I still can't receive pictures on my messages. Even had someone from a store try to fix it.
1 ★ no longer has badge on icon that shows unread count. gets very slow if thread has lots of saved messages.

1 ★ urgent case in hTC u11+ it sends SMS multiple times randomly the app thinks that it failed to send so it tries to send it itself multiple times specially when I am in 3g or 4g mode

1 ★ unread notification badge doesn't work in my htc u ultra even though in the settings, it is enabled
1 ★ I can not send messages now, they all say message could not be sent. I get a red triangle for SMS and a red exclamation mark for mms. should I uninstall and install?
