1 ★ Worked great in the past, but something's wrong with it now. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times this school year and it's still not right. The option to add money is not visible except for a microscopic thin line and its next to impossible to tap on it. Also the purchase history shows only the last purchase. It's useless for anything other than seeing the balance. Do not rely on this app to add money!!!!

1 ★ App will not allow me to log-in, just cycles back to the login page over and over. I used to be able to get in via the 'desktop' view from my phone but now that isn't working. Really frustrating to not be able to check balances or add funds when I need to. Also agree with other reviewers that the per transaction processing fee is very high, especially for ACH transfers from a bank acct that don't have high fees like credit card transactions.

1 ★ Why do you need so many permissions!!! They can be turned off but automatically turned back on with updates. Why would you need access to everything on our phones? Read the app permissions (see more) before you install.. it's crazy... The $2.49 service fee every transaction is ridiculously high. I'm sending cash and checks directly to the school from now on.

1 ★ Tried using the app today for the first time in a long time. Tried to find it in my phone, couldn't. Thought I must have uninstalled it. Went to the app store and found out that the app name had changed at some point. Installed the update available, and then tried logging in, but it kept opening a Chrome view and then looping back to the login screen of the app. Back to the website, I guess.

1 ★ This app is a classic "bait and switch" where the end users are charged a ridiculous fee each time they fund the account for their kids. You basically have to fund it with an extremely large amount of money to avoid paying exorbitant fees throughout the year/semester each time you refill the account. Then when you see that it's not worth it due to the fees, poor user experience, and virtually no way to get your money refunded or out of the account, you just give up because it's not worth it. We stopped using it and haven't looked back since. My suggestion is for this company and the school district to address the problems with this app and pay structure immediately before another's company comes in and offers a better product for the district and its families.

1 ★ Rip off alert. To charge a "fee" just to add money is so rediculous. There is no way it costs $2.50 to process a credit card transaction of $20. If you read the fine print, it states that the school may remit payment to the company...i.e they can possibly get some of that money. Can you imagine how pricy this app can get with multiple kids? Stay away from this as there are other options to deposit the money without paying a fee.

1 ★ Could not get out of this endless cycle of trying to log into the app, which forced you to the website, which requested your code, enter code, which brought you back to the app to log in, then the website, then the app, etc... Tried clearing the app cache, same issue. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, same issue. Rebooted my phone in between clear cache and reinstall, STILL BROKEN. This was supposedly fixed on 10/6. It's not.

2 ★ I got the feedback loop that I am logged in but can't actually see my account. Deleted history now goes to an expired page on log on. I deleted the app reinstalled. That didn't work so I just Uninstaller. Called customer service, because of course they don't have an email, waited for 10 minutes on hold. Just update the website and the app to work.

3 ★ Edited: 10/22/2022. Thank you for fixing your app. I am cautiously optimistic about the usability of it. This does make my life and many more lives easier to quickly pay by using a few quick steps on their phone. Waiting for a bit before I change my rating to a higher score. 10/17/2022: Would give zero stars if I could, keeps looping to a webpage login when using the app. Whatever update they did messed up the usability of this app.

1 ★ Great, when it works. When I tried to sign in, it kept cycling back to sign in. I tried updating it. This happened last month, I ended up uninstalling then reinstalling. Worked. Then, again, this month. I even tried the site without the app, SAME THING. Update didn't help, had to uninstall and reinstall. This "helpful" site shouldn't be this difficult. Fix this nonsense.

2 ★ It won't let me view any of the options at the bottom:Home, Meals, Invoices, Alerts. Stays locked on the screen for reloading funds to the account. Even though I'm signed in, it doesn't retain current CC info to pay, like the website does. When selecting the top left menu list, there is no option to view any of those same options that I was trying to access. All I want is to be able to view what he's been eating and what I'm paying for. I'll stick with the website, thanks.

1 ★ This app is really bad. I've added a bank account and the app won't let me use it to add money to a student account. I've read and deleted my messages four times, and they still show up. doesn't seem to be well tested from the user interface perspective. Customer support is non-existent. Have tried multiple times to call, on hold for half hour before I hung up. No email contact that I could find. Small correction, they do have an email to contact on the app store, but not in the app.

1 ★ Horrible since the last update. The app was perfect before. Everytime I sign in I have to remmeber the password. I don't remember the password. Thats the purpose of adding the app so I won't have to enter it everytime. I've been trying to fund my students account for days. First it wouldn't let me sign in now I keep getting error messages when I try to pay. How is my child suppose to eat? Used two cards both have lots on money in the accounts. Ridiculous.

1 ★ Mediocre app. Difficult to change stored payment options especially when one was declined 😂 Forced to place large sums of money bc the school is passing the cost to use the app to consumers so the fee is like $3 Everytime you add more money. So I have to add $100 -300 just to avoid paying the fee 4x a year. Also, if you have a surplus at the end of the year, you won't be refunded back so it stays in the coffers of the app company. The leftover money gets rolled over to the next school year.

1 ★ So I installed the app because our school uses it. Immediately, I noticed that I had been charged an extra lunch. It took customer service almost a week to correct it. Now it won't allow me to pay the outstanding balance but keeps sending me notifications of said balance. On top of all of this, I'm charged a fee for the the "convenience". Honestly, I'd much rather just deal with the school directly.
