1 ★ This is quite possibly the worst app in the history of apps. Zero stars if it were an option. I'd just use coins in the machine but I forgot we're in a coin shortage🤦🤦🤦🤦

1 ★ Since there's two of the same app with different dates, I'll review on both. It sucks. There is $10 in my account that I very much would like back, since the app just plain doesn't work. My laundry room is on the list. My address is in their selections. The app? Host error. Room not found. It's more of a headache than going to the bank for quarters could ever be. So save yourself the trouble and use change.

1 ★ Poor!! Nothing easy and convenient about it, if you can't even select the location your at to use the app. Let alone even something as simple as logging in, the app will not allow you too. Doesn't make me feel comfortable, that if it did ever start to work. Why would I trust to load money on it? Pretty bad when now I spend my money at a laundromat instead of at the apartment laundry facilities😔

1 ★ This is garbage. You need completely restart the app and sign in again if your phone locks, but it doesn't notify you of this until you try to start a machine and it times out. More importantly, even when using the app "correctly" it takes so long to send the request to the laundry machine I've had several occasions now where the app timed out AND CHARGED ME when the machine did not even ask me to start it

1 ★ I can see why this app has 1 star. It doesn't work! Can't add a card for payment. Tried multiple ways. I installed it like 10 mins ago and am already gunna uninstall it!

1 ★ The only thing I'm able to do with this app is to see how many washers and dryers are available. When I try to add a bank card to add money I constantly get a processing error code

1 ★ If there were any other way to check the status of the laundry machines remotely, I would (laundry-basement, me-top floor). The security on this app seems minimal, so I dont trust it with any personal information. I only use it to check the status of machines, and even that simple task often crashes the program.

1 ★ Useless...I honestly had a better laundry system when I was in college almost 10 years ago. Both the app and the website, as far as I was able to tell, do not provide accurate or useful information about which machines are in use and which are available. I don't plan to use the payment option, so there is truly no reason for me to have this app. Really disappointed in its functionality...

2 ★ I have an account and I thought I'd DL the app (figured it would be easier...wrong!) Tried to log in. Gave me an error. Tried again. It asked if I had an account, I clicked "yes" it takes me to the page where you select your state (um btw who the hell doesn't put the states in alphabetical order???), selected "CA" and nothing.....will not let me go further, can't select my city. Please fix your app.

1 ★ I've been trying now for about 3 weeks to use sign up. It does not allow you to select a location. I even called the customer service number and they supposedly opened a ticket. But nothing has ever changed. I give up.

1 ★ An application that stores my credit card information and has a password length *maximum* is laughable. The fact that the minimum is Ten is downright haunting. When (not if) this app gets hacked and everyone's cards compromised I will not be among them. I'll just use the timer on my phone.

1 ★ This app is terrible! It does not track the laundry. I have had to reset my password twice and it still does not let me log in and to make matters worse this is the only app my appartment complex uses to do laundry, so I can't do laundry without logging in. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

1 ★ If i could give this app 0 stars I would we would add 10 dollars and if we didnt use it or we only used some of the money our account would be at 0 after a week and a half This happened 3 or 4 times and on the last time day after adding and doing laundry the 8.60 was gone i dont know where my money ended up going or why it would leave my account so fast without there being any transactions

1 ★ Not compatible with current Android phones. When trying to load money the "amount field" is missing and therefore unusable. It seems to still work with Apple iOS. Get your act together WaveRider and release and updated Android app. Very frustrated.

1 ★ Quite outdated design, difficult to get around. As soon as I try to add a bank card, it gives an error every time. Plus, there are no support links or help options to be found. Not great
