5 ★ I am sure this app is fabulous but I don't know how to operate the BT21 snowglobe I bought some time ago. As a non Korean reader, I'm trying to get the help from happy point by sending email on 01 January 2020, however haven't hear from them at all yet.

2 ★ I can't connect my snowglobe now. I have connected it before but I tried it again today. It can't find the snowglobe anymore. But it is already paired in bluetooth 😵

5 ★ Just a tip for people with the BT21 snowglobe, don't pair it with your phone first and pair it in the app! It works fine after that
