Tamper Alerts
Get rid of the stress and anxiety of not knowing what is happening to your PC while you are away from your desk. Using the WorkWise tamper detection feature, you’ll receive real-time updates of tamper events, such as:
• Failed sign-in attempts
• Lid open/close events
• Movements of your PC
• Disconnected power AC Adapter
• USB plugged in/out
• HP Sure Start events
• Connected/disconnected network
Lock & Unlock Your PC
Lock and unlock your PC with the swipe of a finger directly from your smart phone. Walk up to your PC, open the HP WorkWise app and unlock your PC. It’s that simple! Need to leave your PC? Just swipe right.
Performance Dashboard
Know what is happening with your computer in real-time. Whenever you are away from your PC and in Bluetooth® range (33 feet), you can take the required actions to improve PC performance and efficiency. All you need to do is to view the WorkWise PC dashboard feature on your mobile device and you will receive a summary of your PC’s status. These real-time notifications show:
• Battery charge level
• PC temperature
• Memory usage
• PC details
PC temperature can increase when the computer is not properly shutdown and is placed in a protective bag at the end of the working day. When your PC is not shutdown properly, you will receive real-time notification on your phone and will be able to put your PC to sleep or hibernate.
Printer Driver Installation
Moving to a new location and trying to set up a printer can be difficult. Using the WorkWise print feature, this problem is solved. Simply scan a designated QR code identifier on the desired HP printer and that printer’s drivers will be installed and configured seamlessly without you manually entering any printer information.
HP WorkWise smartphone app can help you improve PC security, provide real-time PC updates, and easily download printer drivers.

1 ★ Unable to even pair with laptop as the required Windows 10 App Store App says unavailble. Quick google found out that everyone is having the same issue, so this app is completely pointless.
1 ★ Stopped to work after some PC updates. This app is not compatible. I think it is strange that the PC software is hidden so far away in the HP software dungeons.
1 ★ Previous versions of this app and it's companion application on Windows were useful because of the blutetooth proximity lock/unlock function. In the latest update that functionality has been removed, and now you have to open the app and swipe a slider to lock/unlock. How is that useful? Most people can unlock their machine in less steps by touching the fingerprint reader and likewise lock it quicker using the Win+L combination. This application is just bloat now.
5 ★ Really good concept.Enjoying manual lock unlock feature using mobile.No need to enter password on PC for signing, as mobile is registered with HP Workwise app.Simply locking and unlocking of PC using mobile makes it unique one😊

2 ★ It has been working well previously. However the Android phone version seems to be newer than the PC version and the pairing is not working. I am asked to upgrade the PC version but the update is not available on HP support section.
4 ★ Seems to work fine although it can use some improvement. For instance, while the PC during Bluetooth pairing said that the smartphone would present a code to confirm the pairing, the app on my smartphone wasn't presenting any such code, it was rather scanning for a QR code... so the 2 devices were trying 2 different things at the same time. The way out was to go to my Windows 10 Bluetooth settings and start the pairing process from there. On the smartphone side then, with some going back and forth through the screens, the app finally understood that the pairing had succeeded. Once this was settled, the unlocking mechanism seems to work fine, although it reacts rather slowly.
1 ★ Nothing bit pairing issues... Makes the security feature worthless.
2 ★ Sketchy bluetooth connection sometimes makes it lock the laptop even when the phone is right next to the laptop.
3 ★ Good concept but needs refinement. Drains smartphone battery rapidly, false alerts.
