I can contact and speak to property managers through here and HotPads will do a follow up with you to make sure you were replied to and or have you rate the experience with that property manager. It's been very helpful in my rental search!

2 ★ Ocean Beach as well as many other communities are in San Diego County which is huge, however app doesn't seem to allow zip code search so you have to see all of San Diego listings... this is awful!! Smh
