3 ★ Kept opening the hall door 1 meter away rather than my room door. Had to get key card anyway.
2 ★ asked me to enter payment details, and later told me the hotel doesn't support payment over their app. waste of time
1 ★ Garbage app. Horrible to use. Needs A LOT of rethinking.
1 ★ I never write a review in my life and yet this app pisses me off so much that I have to write something to warn people. It is so bad that I felt the social responsibility to report this app. PSA !!! Don't use this rubbish app, don't book a Hotel using this infrastructure... Why? You might ask... I am not sure if I can get the hotel key tomorrow. That's why... I hope their tech support won't suck as much as the app. 2 nights, 2 emails, 2 phones, 0 success.
