1 ★ Very slow and clunky. Everything asks you to log in, even though you already are. Every option fails as the system is too busy. I'm not convinced that the app is dangerous as all it seems to want to do is harvest data. I certainly wouldn't trust payment details on it.

3 ★ I am writing this review after using this app for a while. The UI is really awesome but most of the functionality in the app is incomplete. Sometimes I click few of the buttons and waited for something to happen but nothing was really happening at that moment. For instance I click on play now for the games or join us button in the app, there is no notification that I have been added or there is no loader no make the user understand that something is going on the background and the requested action is in progress. I think as a user, I expect most of the things to be working in the application I use and if something is not working or something will be up soon should be notified. Also if something which is not functional should not be shown in the app. If it is shown for any reason, the user should be notified if there's some problem or he should be redirected to that particular page in a while with a loader. Also the loader used is not visible clearly on all the pages. I hope you would take care of these bugs in your next update. Thanks
1 ★ Honor play runs with High Power Processor which is able to Handle all task as compared to other smartphones so why other devices like 8X and 10 lite whose processor is not good as Honor play and similar camera performance Received ARCORE support and why not Honor Play Please provide it fast I am waiting for this feature since from beggining
4 ★ Well the app is pretty good But I like to mention some things that could be improved 3 : The app does not feel like a Android app but it feels like it was stacked over Chrome browser because on navigating between menu it give the functionality like Chrome or any other browser . 1: Under the offer section please change the colour of description text from blue to any other contrast colour like white etc , because the background is also blue and text appearing under the description is also blue so it does not feel good and comfortable while reading . 2 : I think that Huawei club ap can also be integrated into this or do vice versa , because I don't feel good while keeping two apps which one app can do easily .
3 ★ For products you guys are doing outstanding job. I personally recommended several friends in last 3 years but for app I won't hesitate to say its worse yet. I understand its beta version but you guys a lot to do. 1. Login issue: all the time its logged out which is creating very confusion. If someone already logged in then it must not ask to register for any offer. 2. Lagging issue 3. It should be a proper app not the link to mobile website 4. Product details should be in details
3 ★ My app review : i have been using this app. Data presentation is very fast and data shows very fast. Need more : 1. I'm not feeling like I'm using the APP, I'm feeling more like chrome browser. 2. Login information not carry forwarded ane i go new page. 3. Even I'm using app, I'm getting the pop says download app. This is not good. 4. major change to done is need app feeling not browser feeling I will add more information shortly.
3 ★ All the tabs(Sale, Discount, Games, Offers, Mainsite) needs to be on bottom of the apps as it is more reachable to the user's fingers. Please add the search feature on every page because if user want to search anything they have to go to the Mainsite first and then able to do search task. Please work on UI for immersive experience.
5 ★ Amazing app. We can know every occasion, every contest, every competition and every amazing offers threw this app. I have honor play its very good phone just one problem is there pls fix it in a update(double tap to screen off/on). Now i am also fan of honor and i would like to join some honor events. Bring me with you guys in next event😀. Thanks...
4 ★ Different from traditional apps. Opens very quickly. Easy to choose devices. Takes only 13 MB memory to install. Should improve the look - at least remove url in the top to avoid web page look and feel. Though it's only for honor products, provide comparison with other brands devises in the same price segment. Instead of disappointing too many customers with Re.1 sale, try something else, like selecting e-mail IDs through lottery on hourly basis, which was done earlier with holy 2 plus phone.
3 ★ Honor store app is responsive and intuitive but there are few improvements that can make it even better 1.User needs to navigate to 'mainsite' to login and find account details. Why not make this page as landing page ? 2. Good use of colour palettes on homepage but that doesn't continue on other pages 3. App logs out after we close the application.Why not keep user logged in ? 4. Drop-down menu items do not fit properly in the screen space .For eg menus ribbon on 'explore' page 5. The user notifications icon is named 'news'.Thats a bit confusing, why can't it be named 'messages' or 'notifications' 6. A standalone app(like Amazon,Flipkart eyx) would be more better than the current reponsive webpage based design.
2 ★ There is problem with signup. Tried to signup many times but failed. And one time i completed the signup but still i couldnt signin. There should be mechanism to inform if something gets wrong. And product shown in the app need more arranged view and should be able to show comparison and full detail. Hope u ll solve my signup problem soon
3 ★ Lot of things to be improved. 1. Header tab should display name of the app rather than the hihonor link. It looks like hihonor website is visited using browser doesn't get the feel of using an app 2. Swiping left or right doesn't switch the tabs from "download" -> installation ->installation-> feedback Overall a very simple app, not upto the level of Huawei
3 ★ Pros- 1) The UI is clear and simple, very easy to navigate through the app 2) More optimised than the previous versions 3) The 'offer' page is easily acsessible 4) It works pretty well on slower internet connections 5) The flash sales are good(never got one though) CONS- 1) You need to login everytime when you enter the app 2) Entering the verification everytime is irritating 3) I dont know after the update why did i need to download the the huawei app to login into my account 4) The flash sales are quite problematic i have seen a lot of times that after clicking on buy now the pop up shows ' we are processing your order' but then returns to the previous page....u need to work on this issue 5) More optimisation is required 6) COD should be made availabe in the flash sales So i would like to rate it as 3/5 I hope u will like my review of the app... 😊😊😊
3 ★ It takes too much time to login as comparing to flipkart & amazon, it will be satisfy if it can run quickly and smoothly under pathetic network connection.
