ME Launcher - 3D Wallpaper, Themes, Fast 2.0.2 APK requires following permissions:

Allows applications to set the wallpaper.

Allows applications to set the wallpaper hints.

Allows access to the vibrator.

Allows an application to tell the AppWidget service which application can access AppWidget's data.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

Allows an application to broadcast sticky intents.

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

Allows applications to write the sync settings.

Allows applications to read the sync settings.

This constant was deprecated in API level 21. No longer enforced.

Allows applications to connect to paired bluetooth devices.

Allows applications to discover and pair bluetooth devices.

Allows applications to change Wi-Fi connectivity state.

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.

Allows applications to change network connectivity state.

Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.

Allows an application to write to external storage.

Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

Allows an application to read or write the system settings.

Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.

Required to be able to access the camera device.

Allows an application to expand or collapse the status bar.

Allows an application to find out the space used by any package.

Allows an application to change the Z-order of tasks.

Allows an application to modify global audio settings.

This constant was deprecated in API level 8. The restartPackage(String] API is no longer supported.

Allows an application to call killBackgroundProcesses(String].

Allows an application to clear the caches of all installed applications on the device.

Allows an application to collect component usage statistics
Declaring the permission implies intention to use the API and the user of the device can grant permission through the Settings application.

I also like me launcher because I like the unicorns theme because I like unicorns and they're pretty cute. well I'm I like it a lot but I only like don't like it's a bit.. and that's all for my saying today well one more question. what was my question? oh yeah now I remember! okay you guys how do you really like make all the themes I want to know!!!!!!!!!!! okay I think that's all

2 ★ Not too sure about this. I downloaded it in right away is tell me I have to give permission 4 my unread text messages missed calls and access to all of that's kind of stuff. I have never did want to trip on app permissions but this one stood out to me so I'm going to delete it. I'm having a hard time finding a good app for themes.

5 ★ It cleans out my memory on my phone! It also helps with laggung when ever i play my favorite video games!

1 ★ WARNING! DO NOT TRY TO INSTALL THIS APP. UNINSTALING IT IS A NIGHTMARE. The developer will try and say you can force stop but it keep launching itself. even when you clear data. It takes over your phone and returning to your original launcher is nearly impossible. Also full of apps.

1 ★ i guess it good. NVM it has ads. You should give it zero stars if possiable.

4 ★ Love it. Cant say more but the call flash theme i set on it never works properly. The default call theme keeps interfering, i dont know if its my phone

4 ★ it awesome but i dont like the point where constantly its notification to boost, or junk file whem i have do it already, and also the un needed apps, badge dnt work

2 ★ I just got the app newly.I got it through Facebook and it was looking so beautiful unlike what I am seeing here. I am actually concerned about my social media theme and wallpaper. There is no tutorial for how to operate this.The app is kinda complex to use.

5 ★ Guys, if u want an app with barely any adds then this is the one. it's easy and a small app. has pretty themes and wallpapers. please install it 😄👍

1 ★ This was a horrible app it took over my whole phone and aced everything in the wrong place and made it nearly impossible to tell what app was what it makws you Dowland multiple diffrent apps just to get obe theme it alsi asks for your contact and phone information.i dont think this a pp os safe or helpful. 📱

3 ★ everything seems to do something.. really unsure if the effectiveness of the app is actually accurate but I don't know of any negative point with this program
