Download the latest OTG Troubleshooter application, version 1.0.5, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Tools app is developed by Homesoft, LLC and is easy to download and install.
Previous versions, including 1.0.5, 1.0.3, are also available. If you need help or have any problems, please let us know.
Description
Usage:
1. Disconnect your OTG cable when prompted.
2. Connect your OTG cable when prompted.
3. If everything is OK, you will get 4 green check marks. If nothing happens or you get less than 4 green checks, tap More Info (Web) for a description of the problem.
Software can not overcome a hardware limitation. If your device does not support OTG, nothing will happen when you connect the cable. Please do not write a bad review because your hardware does not support OTG! If your device does support OTG and it is not detected by this software, please contact me via the "Email Developer" link.
Required hardware:
1. An OTG cable
2. A flash/pen drive, card reader or camera.

5 ★ Had purchased an OTG adapter (Club 3D) to use with my LG G5 H831 (Canadian version). Never seemed to work. Tried a simple checker which said my phone is compatible. But it took several runs of this OTG troubleshooter to get OTG working with a flash drive.
1 ★ im using a gamepad but not working properly what maybe the problem? like others it says usb supported but others are "X"
5 ★ It works on my coolpad note 3. previously i tried many SW but to no use. i install it and use usual file manager to open my usb files.great homesoft.
