4 ★ Great app but I'll give it a four because it doesn't have the instructions it just have the pictorial representation and doesn't tell us if we have to alternate from side to side immediately or every 60seconds
5 ★ Amazing app.My mom actually wants to use it and its not that hard to use so amazing app.Also with pretty simple stretches and this is coming from a gymnast.The only thing i would add is personalized workouts and stretches
2 ★ This is the least user-friendly exercise app I've tried. I do like the stretches and progression for flexibility. However, there's no option to change the time between exercises, but if you skip to the next one, you don't get a countdown before starting. There's no description of the exercise to make sure you're doing it properly. Most annoyingly, it's really unclear whether certain movements are intended to be repeated or held for the duration of the exercise.

5 ★ I'm trying 30 day. I also practice pole dance so my muscles are dead all time but hopefully it will work for me in few months. I don't expect to magically split my legs when I have 0 flexibility, and I read some comments here that work outs on repeat.. that's how usually would do stuff + add something extra after a while... I wouldn't really read most of the ratings here and just try it out on yourself. If you have 0 flexibility try 90 day program and repeat on days off- will update in 2 months
5 ★ This app has exersizes that help a lot with getting the splits, there is an option for a 90, 60, and 30 day trial for people that are not as in shape as others and some that just about have there splits. It also offers more breaks in between for the longer trials. This app is organized and has layed everything out neatly. I hope this app works for me I am trying to get my splits with the 30 day trial because I am already moderate and very flexible I just want to have my splits and keep them.
4 ★ I vouch for this app it works if you use it correctly and consistently. My only thing is the excercises are exactly the same every single time. Now they work they really really do... it just gets a bit tedious and boaring doing the exact same thing vir about 20 to 30 every single day.
3 ★ There are no audio instructions on how to perform certain exercises. Can't figure out in i have to hold that particular position or keep on repeating it. Certain positions need more clarifications. They aren't understandable just by looking at the screen. Some attachment of video clippings or instructions must be there.
4 ★ Great app, i think it really helps with the flexibility and doing a split. But the exercises are the same everyday (and adds one new exercise every time), and since I'm doing the 90 days challenge, (i'm on day 25) that's a little bit boring...but thanks anyways

2 ★ Exercises: warm up-bad , stretching- alright Hard to tell from video what to do exactly (hold all the time or release every few seconds), no description of stretches Progress tracking graph looks nice but you can't click on nodes to see the value. 30 day option:only difference between days is that there is one stretch added per day and then every 7 days the stretches get longer No commentary like in description, very bare bones, signal to end stretching beeps 5 seconds before end(distracting)
