1 ★ Mobile - Nokia 6.1 - Only two weeks old. App version - 90.9.1125.10 Every time I take a photo, I am greeted with the 'Processing' notice, I have deleted the cache and data on the app and it worked flawlessly. The whole point of having a smartphone with a camera is not only to take calls, texts & emails, but to also take photos and videos. Can someone at HMD Global / Nokia Mobile please sort this out, I don't want to resort to using a third party camera app. I have noticed that there are many people in the Nokia Help forums facing the same issue and not once has there been a reply from HMD Global about the current state of the app.

2 ★ It seems that the image quality improved a lot in the new version. But the old bugs that made me select a different camera application remain: It keeps refocusing if I tap to focus. That's a bad thing. And what's worse, it still occasionally fails to take picture immediately after pressing the shutter button and takes it a lot later, so you take picture of something else, for example your feet. Why didn't you, developers, focus on bugs instead of silly AR stickers?

1 ★ Since the last update every time I take a picture it keeps saying "processing" upon viewing (and the pictures are very blurry). So far this issue only disappears after a system restart. I've been doing some research online and it seems to be an issue related to syncing the photos to google drive. Sadly, the suggested "fix" (to go to settings (in the Google photos app) and disable the "show Google Drive photos & videos in your Photos library”) is not available on my device (Nokia 6.1 2018). Anyone else experiencing this issue or know some way to resolve this?

3 ★ Idk one of the last updates really messed up my recordings, they look like a weird algorithm procesed them and then showed my a video uploaded 2 times on youtube

1 ★ It gets stuck in photo processing, up to the point that I cannot view the photo anymore... Now it is auto HDR and I disliked it, Selfie photos got bad because of the auto HDR. It is better if it still has the off/auto/on button for the HDR mode. Please bring back the HDR mode feature, I don't like it to be auto HDR. Also, please add some night mode, light painting mode, and bokeh effects on the rear cam. I uninstalled the update because of the problems I've written above. But still, the new features such as the AR, light adjustments for selfies, selfie filters, beautification, time lapse, motion, etc... Are great.

1 ★ This app is unusable because whenever I try to take a photo in a moderately low light situation, the camera takes a blurry photo and says "processing" when I try to view the image. The processing NEVER ends and the images are unusable. The old version did not have this problem. I'm on a US Nokia 6.1 with all the latest updates to Oreo 8.1. It's unconscionable that this got through QA in such an unusable state.

1 ★ The new update to the camera made video recording useless. Previous version of the camera had a smooth and less obnoxious autofocus. Now since the new update, I can't record a 30 second clip without it annoyingly jumping in and out of focus every second making recording things in motion useless. I guess it's cattered towards still shots or vlogging. At least give us the option to focus lock while video recoding. Previous version didn't have it either, but it had a work around on pro video recording with manual focus. All in all, learn how to make a basic camera app with focus lock and one that actually works and doesn't prompt me to constant failure to connect to cameras messages. 0/10

4 ★ This latest update is very good from GUI perspective. But there is big bug with the front camera. After clicking using front cam, it starts 'processing'. Bad thing is it just stucks over there, not moving forward. I get sticky notification on top of screen also, because of which I had to restart my phone. I tried bokeh mode, it worked fine, but normal 'photo' mode, it gets stuck at that processing stage. Even after deleting that photo, it keep showing 'processing' on the sticky notification. Please fix the problem asap, as previous to this update, I didn't face any such issue.

4 ★ I'm not experiencing the problems that others have complained about in the Sep 2018 update (Nokia 7 plus). My only criticism is that you still can't turn off digital stabilization for 1080p video recording. This stabilization is aggressive, floaty, zoomed-in, and ruins the video, and I shouldn't have to record at 4K just to do without it.

4 ★ Hey Nokia , Zeiss optics good choice, but do you really make the use of it ? Half of the pictures are dark even in ambient lighting conditions .The videos are dark .The photos are stuck on "processing" till I restart . Nokia , kindly try to resolve the issues it's a huge setback for people who have faith and trust .

3 ★ Recent update takes photos that get stuck on "processing." I noticed that switching the storage from SD card to internal storage seems to avoid the issue for now. I have a UHS-II class SD card so write speed should not be an issue here. Also this app takes terrible, blurry panoramic photos, but one problem at a time I guess.

3 ★ Coming from a Nokia 7 plus.. the app that came with my phone after Android 8.1 is still preferable in terms of overall performance. Not sure why I prefer the former app instead of this so-called update.. No HDR option. Only Auto-HDR. I wasn't impressed when I realized I couldn't do my usual smooth zoom with the slider below, instead of having to pinch the screen to zoom all the time. Overall interface is nice but the HDR option is what helps the camera in Low-Light and it doesn't seem to have that option anymore and it was kind of disappointing. Manual mode is a mess, couldn't get what I wanted cuz pictures came out really noisy.. sorry but this app is not for Nokia 7 plus.

2 ★ Nice app but current version gets stuck on "Processing" on brand new Nokia 6.1. Please fix. Downgrading to factory installed version for now. -- Update: Since I wrote my review, the app disappeared from the list of my installed apps. Now Google Play is telling me that it is not compatible with my Nokia 6.1 phone. I mean, a factory-installed Nokia app is not compatible with the Nokia phone on which it is installed? Come on. Downgrading to two stars until a proper fix is available (I'd love to like this app, because it's nice when it works.)

1 ★ The most irritating update! After every image taken the app takes forever to process it, which is very annoying. The processing job completes only after having the device restarted. The image quality has definitely taken a hit. Low light performance of the camera has never been this worse. On the whole, a worthless update! Had to uninstall the update to make the app usable.

3 ★ The camera have very good features like dual, motion, beautification. It clicks awesome pictures in bokeh mode but in light only add flash option in bokeh mode . Panorama is good we can take pictures horizontally as well as vertically. I don't like slow motion it's not that much slow . It is difficult to switch modes.Need to improve slow motion ,low light photography & switch modes
