1 ★ Таксисты будто над тобой глумятся - вызывала 3 раза, потратила около 25 минут, и каждый раз они отменяли заказ, будучи совсем рядом. Это не в первый раз. Вы тратите мое время.

1 ★ На кой ляд в программе пишут 'Ваш заказ принят, машина приедет за 20 минут до установленного времени'? Чтобы за 20 минут мне позвонила диспетчер и сообщила что машин нет? Дальше лучше - диспетчер обещает поискать машины за эти 20 минут, но в назначенное время никто не перезванивает, ни чтобы сообщить что машин не нашлось, ни чтобы подтвердить что они есть.
