5 ★ Great fix for Android and it's nice when the tech chat guy listens. It took them about a week but my groups were recovered and they aren't disappearing when I log out anymore. So glad this is available and functional for my phone. I'd been a bit jealous for about a year cuz I wanted someway for connecting that came from my phone number. Only a month in now, feels so good!
5 ★ It wasn't what I was looking for, but it became what I needed. I text Bible verses every day and was looking for a new app to send multiple texts at once. Although this app doesn't have a "press one button and everyone gets it" function, it has the capability to send personalized, individual texts to multiple people. I'm grateful for this app and it really does what it promises to do :)
2 ★ I used this app last year to send a reminder so my clients and it worked great. This year however it showed me it sent to all of them but half of them did not receive a message. I'm not sure if it is a problem with imessage not being co-operative with my google messages but it has caused quite a bit of headache. Would recommend if you have apple. Wouldn't if you have android.
1 ★ Wasted time trying to figure it out... Not sure why they have the interface the way they do. I wanted to make a unique group of people who are not particularly in my phone contacts. There's nothing here but a screen demanding I connect to my phone contacts. I can't find a way around it. I finally let it which is the biggest mistake... Now my whole phone is in there. Went a few rounds trying to get it to do what I needed, and then finally just uninstalled it. Goodbye!
3 ★ Easy enough to set up. For some reason it sends double messages to some recipients even though they are only listed once in the contacts list. I also would prefer to just hit send once and be done rather than "send separately...send...back...send separately...send...back..."
1 ★ Of I could give 0 stars I would. This is not user friendly. Then when you cancel it will bill you weeks/months later. Then have a very hard time getting refunded. As of now, I still have not been refunded and they keep passing it off. Lots of emails and lots of excuses..no refund and I had no service usage! Buyer Beware of this app... I should have just stayed with Project Brodcast and never looked for a different option. All I have had since then has been headaches.
4 ★ Update: Have been able to work with Zak and get most of the contact issues solved. Terrible app and no customer service!!! The app pulled contacts from every email on my phone, which it never asked to do. Most are not phone numbers and cannot be used in the app. I have deleted them and they reload after I log out. I have emailed support and have gotten no help! I was told that they would keep all contacts backed up for precaution. I also asked for a refund & have been ignored
1 ★ This app is great unless you ever want to get a new phone. All of my text templates were lost, plus all of the messaging threads, plus my group contacts. And I have messaged several times for support and am just getting no response. It is one thing when it is free, but when you are paying for it, big drag.
1 ★ Not user friendly. Requires user to click, send, go back, click again, send, go back, click, send, go back. This isn't good if you are sending mass text to a group of 200. Very time consuming to use.
4 ★ A quick way to communicate with your tribe. For a message to send later I could not edit the message before sent even though there was an edit button. Learning more how to use more efficiently as I go. I hope the payment I invested will be worth it. Can message more than 20 people which I like!

2 ★ I really like this app, but it has been duplicating the messages I create when I go to send them, so i have to erase half of the message for each recipient eqch time. Help would be appreciated

1 ★ It keeps freezing up and not letting me do anything. I keep having to close the app and re-open.... very very frustrating
4 ★ Love Hit Em Up! Works well to communicate with large groups ... easily tracking and communicating with group or individuals. In 3 months my subscription was somehow dropped which put me off track temporarily. But Hit Em Up staff was quickness get me up and running!
