Description
Now you can easily organize and manage your candidate applications on the go with our new mobile app for recruiters. The app has a simple and intuitive interface that a recruiter can use to easily log in to his/her account and manage the applicant flow seamlessly.
- A single window that displays your entire job posting history
- A birds eye overview of job status, number of views and number of applications received for every job
- The ability to refresh and unpublish your existing jobs
- Detailed application page that lists down all applications received so far for every posting
- The ability to shortlist, reject and save individual profiles for future reference
- The ability to download resumes on your mobile device for detailed viewing and sharing

4 ★ There's a lot of room for improvement, yet 4 stars for keeping the UI simple and easy to navigate. Should integrate/club Hirist, IIMJobs and Engineeristic in one app, also please enable job posting by the mobile app and further, options to share via social media.
1 ★ I tried several times to login... It is constantly showing as server error.

3 ★ Small Suggestion: If you could integrate these two apps(Hirist & IIMjobs) into a one single app then it would be more helpful to the recruiters.
