HIPPI means Highly Intelligent Portable Personal Interface.
HIPPI lets you call, text, and share your locations, photos and audio notes for FREE anywhere in the world using your wifi or 3G data connection.
Every user downloading and installing this app will receive and make free phone calls, text and voice messages to other HIPPI users with service registered and/or purchase credit to make lowest-cost IDD calls to overseas friends. HIPPI supports calling to regular landline and mobile numbers worldwide.
In addition, our call quality is superior and is significantly to have great network quality for international calls because we have the global infrastructure and presence to serve our users anytime, anywhere.

HIPPI is developed by ComNet Telecom (Hong Kong) Limited, which to provide free mobile VoIP service on Android Smartphones, which supports the Android v2.3 - v4.1.x mobile devices. HIPPI with using WiFi or 3G data to connect voice and text, you can free to use anywhere in the world with other HIPPI users to share your location, photo and audio notes.
When users download and install the HIPPI mobile VoIP application, and register the service, you can contact with other HIPPI users for communication; to purchase Credit making low-cost international calls to keep in touch with your overseas friends. HIPPI service supports callings to fixed-line telephone and mobile phone numbers worldwide.

HIPPI 2.1.47 APK requires following permissions:

Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an application to record audio.
Allows an application to modify global audio settings.
Allows an application to see the number being dialed during an outgoing call with the option to redirect the call to a different number or abort the call altogether.
Allows an application to read or write the system settings.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.
Allows an application to write the user's contacts data.
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows applications to disable the keyguard if it is not secure.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows applications to connect to paired bluetooth devices.
Allows an application to read the low-level system log files.
Allows an application to use SIP service.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
