1 ★ Of all conferencing software we used this is the worst quality. Calls between EU and US countries lag badly. On connections below 6mbit it is simply useless. No options to adjust quality or force audio only. I do not recommend it.
1 ★ This app is buggy and doesn't work at all with bluetooth headsets. It crashes so hard that sometimes restarting the app doesn't work and your only hope is to disconnect and reconnect your Bluetooth headset and just hope you don't get stuck in call-mode.
1 ★ This app constantly crashes on android. Its embarrassing to even have a vendor try to use this. Even after this latest update the app still constantly crashes. They really need to work on this!!!
1 ★ Unable to Zoom in/out as well as audio issues when the app is kept in the background in the latest version. However, it worked well in the previous versions.
3 ★ Connections drop really easily, and it will randomly switch between my headphones and phone speaker which basically makes it unusable unless you're alone. Screen sharing works well though.

1 ★ After updating the high-five I am not able to join any meeting. It is saying poor networks check connection. Need immediate fix please. I am using the Android device and using the high-five with the same device earlier.
1 ★ Poor performance. Froze for prolonged periods of time for both myself and the other person on the video call, on separate occasions. Hangouts/Meets and Zoom have better performances and are much more reliable.
1 ★ This app sucks it needs so many permissions you did not need to know everything have access to contact videos personal counter information it doesn't need all this extra permissions why do you need that ridiculous video yes calling yes pictures maybe yes.
1 ★ This app is pointless it sends you in a circle, it sends you an email you click the button it opens asking you to enter you email again and then sends another email... why cant your SSO not be terrible
1 ★ App doesn't let me into the meeting where I'm invited to one. - I get only the error message that only registered companies can use this app which is rather poor in todays mobile world.
2 ★ Voice works well. Video received was clear. Video sent however, was reminiscent of a VHS at the end of it's life.
3 ★ Excellent customer support, the only down side is some feature not working on my android device.
