App permissions
CamHipro 3.1.24 APK requires following permissions:
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows an application to record audio.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
This constant was deprecated in API level 8. The restartPackage(String] API is no longer supported.
Allows an application to broadcast sticky intents.
Allows an application to call killBackgroundProcesses(String].
Allows applications to change network connectivity state.
Allows applications to change Wi-Fi connectivity state.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
This constant was deprecated in API level 21. No longer enforced.
Allows an application to read the low-level system log files.

1 ★ This application was working perfectly fine but after a few of the recent updates it sucks. When you zoom in or out it will keep zooming in after you let go of the button... Another problem you're not able to change the frame rate and stuff like that when it comes to video settings. You're only allowed to change one or two things. Before I was able to change everything
2 ★ Does not show alarm portions in regular recording. Xiaomi records 24 h and also ands a red highlight to periods with alarm. So when you are reviewing your recorded video you dont need to watch entire long videos and just jump to areas of the recording bar where are red or orange. And see what alarmed!! Im still having a very hard time choosing to record 24 hours .
3 ★ I wish they would update this app, it works but there's some minor flaws. First of all when you set your time zone it automatically goes back to Hong Kong time. The app should take still shots when human recognition happens. Also it should indicate on the video where motion was detected, if you want to find motion you have to watch the video until something happens.
1 ★ Constantly unable to connect. Have to reset WiFi every time to connect and then works perfectly over WiFi and mobile for a random period . When I can eventually connect I find gaps in the recordings that are unexplainable due to the set up. Can't even contact the company who have designed the software to ask for anyway to resolve this . Great camera and quality but awful software to be able to collect the data remotely.
4 ★ Great app it works well for me but i am going to have to change phones soon and need the code to get it to add it to new phone. Looked everywhere for it no luck pleaae help. I am going to hate to lose this app. Never had a issue
1 ★ You spend ages researching cameras and then you buy a great camera, only for it to come with this less than useless app. The controls are upside down and back to front, and you can't use the mic and the speaker at the same time, so trying to have a conversation with someone is pointless. Very few setting you can change. Totally woeful.
2 ★ Camera pan and tilt works fine, motion detection is way too sensitive even when turned down, fails to record or won't let me access the recordings, keeps disconnecting, can't access camera on data, advanced recording option doesn't work. You get what you pay for I guess but I won't be buying more
3 ★ Would have been 5 stars but it keeps randomly asking for permission for phone calls and I don't know why. Had to reinstall last time and this stopped happening for a few days and now it's doing it again. I can't see any reason it would need access to phone permission.
1 ★ Hate it! I regret buying these cameras. They might be Ok but the app is terrible and unreliable. It constantly disconnects every 10 minutes or so. They need to fix it now or I'm scrapping this junk and buying something that will do the job it's intended to do.
1 ★ Does not work with mobile network, only with WiFi at home. What is the point ? Great camera let down by weak software. My advise is to find a camera which uses a reliable application.
1 ★ When I first used it it was great, now it's poorer than poor, I can't even get video , all my other cameras work great on another app.
1 ★ Can't find a way to delete Preset Camera positions. Repeatedly asked for support on this issue and never get a response 🤬 Months have passed and STILL NO RESPONSE. If I could give a negative star rating I would.
4 ★ Love this camera. Works great. The app is OK, but it's a real pain to download video files. Takes forever and often bombs out, especially on the larger files,and you have to start over.
5 ★ I am using it on a Samsung Galaxy tablet A (2019). No problems at all with my IP camera. You can view four cameras at once. GREAT application.
4 ★ Needs and X and Y axis inverted option for navigating the camera. And to be able to rename the preset positions.
