1 ★ Didn't do a damn thing. The screens play out a script of what is supposed to happen with an ad every other screen, but it never registered; so it never noticed external drive plugged in. Android 9, Assurance Wireless UMX 693 CL phone.
1 ★ After I downloaded this app I opened it to be able to start using it. For the permissions a large pop-up box wanting our consent for them to be able to track our cookies. They want to so call improve our experience. Run!!! Big Tech and software makers are getting away with criminal privacy invasion don't let them do this to you.You are giving your permission for them to have access to everything on your phone including your camera and audio recorder and access to all of your personal files. Run!
5 ★ This app Pointed me in the right direction to samsung smart switch after Google results didn't help at all. USB transfers should be easy, Samsung makes them difficult to push their cloud service. Thanks
5 ★ It worked for me! I was struggling with phone connection to my windows 8.1 pro and now the problem is solved! I have checked on Google before to download the adb driver but the files didn't have an executable file but this app has fixed my issue. Thanks to the app developers!
1 ★ Nothing work. I am sure the issue is fron something installed on my phone and prevent the connection. Alrady test on pc laptop where already connected well. The problem is that in my work they prevent usb to connect to pc. Even if I am charging...something autoinstalled in my phone adter that ... stopped
3 ★ Only just opened the app and it is asking me to rate it. Can't do anything with it till I rate it. At least it opened, so top marks for that, as other apps I tried did not work. Will need to test further before being able to rate further... Not impressed with being forced into rating app as soon as you start to use it. Should ask you after a month or so to get a genuine feel for the app.
1 ★ I have a TCL 10 phone. I have tried anything and everything I possibly could to get it to hook up by USB to my Windows 10 computer. It simply will not do it...... I have no idea what else to do...... Really disgusted with this..... If someone can get it to work for me, I will be glad to up my rating. And when I open up the app, I go to the part where it says manufacturer and try to click on the TCL link and it's a dead link on both links to download the drivers.......

5 ★ Asking For Credit Card Info Unnecessarily...The app is free yet they want my credit card number to charge me $0.00. It feels scammy to me and I don't know why people insist on making technology asking for so much information when no one really wants to put their credit card info everywhere online. It's nkt necessary and it puts your account at risk. Each app that *requires* any credit card info or any interaction with your account, should come with a warning.
1 ★ I was trying to download from USB drive on to my andriod phone. After downloading this app, I have no idea what it does. Doesn't make any sense. It doesn't seem to do anything. Hope it's not spam. I've no idea why it's talking about Windows operating system. Just looking for a USB driver for my Android phone.

Anybody who gives this app a poor rating is either just a jerk, or simply too dumb to use it. Don't blame the app for your stupidity. Hats off to the Dev(s).
1 ★ Waste of time. It asks you to rate the app as soon as you open it. Doesn't do what it says it can do. Tells me to connect my phone to PC and open media storage. How can I do that when the PC won't detect my phone? That's the problem you are supposed to solve!

Every smart phone manufacturer has support for same as your app for drivers and its FREE 🚫🚫 SO TECHNICLY YOUR APP IS REAPING PEOPLE OFF YOU SHOULD LET THE PUBLIC KNOW THAT THEY HAVE THE FREE OPTION IF THEY HAVE THE TIME
5 ★ I did not transfer yet due to my PC system was unable to detect the connected phone. However, I believe this is good working condition and should perform tasks accordingly.
5 ★ Just Started using App although it looks like it will be used properly! Has a lot of avenues to do a lot of things that I didn't know was with in the app. Great great news thank you. Bye Bye TED I really can't give a good or bad Rating for the is that nee to me. It's to New to me and is it or isn't it going to work ? We'll see shortly.. Rate of 5 Stars is I'm happy there's an app, I most likely will save myself by not jumping to conclusions until used or try to use. If it works, Right On!
