1 ★ That got fine to terrible quickly. First it gets slow, than the app just forwards to the web page barley optimized for mobile use. Phone service not available anymore at all. It was good car rental - now it is just sad.
1 ★ This app will not open. I have downloaded it and tried to open it but nothing. Uninstalled it and repeated several times but will not open. I've given up and using another rental company.

1 ★ Is someone at Herts talking the piss? Prior to the update the app loads to a white screen. With this update with 'minor bug fixes'... App loads to a..... White screen! Is from a major global car hire company. Your IT team or contracted app developers need to be sacked. Your comms team needs to test their work. FFS.
