Features
★ Convenient booking process: To make a new booking, just tell us when and how often you need your cleaner and we’ll match you with vetted and insured cleaners available for your appointment/s.
★ Profiles of cleaners: See your cleaner’s profile including ratings and reviews from other customers. If you’re making a new booking, you can also see profiles of the cleaners available for your booking. All cleaners have been interviewed and background checked for quality and reliability, and are fully insured.
★ Overview of all your bookings: See all your upcoming bookings in a calendar view and find information about your previous bookings, including invoices.
★ Reschedule your cleans: Now you can reschedule your appointments either individually or all of them at once.
★ Chat with your cleaner: We've added a chat functionality so that you can chat with your cleaner at any time.
★ Secure online payments: Pay securely with any major credit card. You’ll receive your electronic invoice via email after the payment has been processed.

1 ★ 84£ for 2 hours of cleaning. Worst service I've ever experienced! I booked a 1st cleaner who came once (charged 24£) then cancelled the rest, the 2nd cleaner never shown up and kept on cancelling at the very last minute. Out of despair, I tried to cancel my commitment with helpling but then helpling charged me 60£ of termination fee. This is the worst customer experience possible.
1 ★ There's never someone replied me after leaving msg. I joined a package and it should be ard 3month one but i found that the coming schedule is crazily auto renew forever. I left msg abt but they never replied. A rubbish apps!
1 ★ This app is awful. It's impossible to leave feedback on the cleaners yet they all have high ratings... You get trapped into minimum of 6 cleans, which at no point is made clear. My first 2 cleans were terrible and I was charged extra as the cleaner apparently stayed an extra 2 hours even though I have no idea what she was cleaning. I requested a different cleaner who hasn't even turned up for the last 2 cleans and I have still been charged. This is an absolute scam. I wish I had read the below reviews before falling into this trap.
1 ★ Literally the most useless service in the history of cleaning. Actually makes things harder. The cleaners are never guaranteed to turn up - and don't tell you if they won't!!?
1 ★ Absolutely useless! Terrible cleaners, no help from the customer service, reviews on the website are fake (at least they dont show the negative ones!)... i am really worried about charges on my credit card now-this is ridiculous!! Should have read all this before - stay away from helpling!! Supposed to make your life easier, instead: WASTE OF TIME, WASTE OF MONEY.
1 ★ I would've given zero rating. A week after the cleaning by the Helpling cleaner, we realized that two of our expensive watches were missing. We called Helpling repeatedly for any updates on their "internal investigation" but they kept dragging the issue without any resolution offered. They also claimed that they were just matching cleaners with customers and the cleaners were NOT their employees!! Use them at your own risk since they would offer no compensation for any thefts by cleaners since they claim not to have any THEFT insurance!
1 ★ An appalling and misleading service that does not make its terms and conditions clear from engagement. Its almost impossible to cancel. Poorly treats its employees so im getting different ones every week without my agreement.
1 ★ DO NOT GET THIS APP. Totally useless and won't cancel my cleans. Terrible user experience - app is all but useless. Tell your CEO - poor tech in 2018 means your company will not survive. Sort it out.
1 ★ Prices advertised are false. €48-90 for a single clean. 3hrs is the minimum clean time, but our cleaner stayed one hour each time only, and refused to do more. Extraordinarily expensive.
1 ★ Having issues since the first time i use it. The only way i can login is to reset password every single time. It never recognises my password. Also it says they dont work in areas which they do. I also found i could reset the password without including a number in the password
1 ★ terriable service! once appointments passed by, you have no way to see it on your interface/app any more. it makes a trouble if cleaner didnt show up, or you re-schedule the appointment. besides, 37.5 eur for 2,5 hours is not a bargain, you expect the cleaner to be professional, however the cleaner assigned to me was not used to house hold cleaning. and when i asked my kitchen ventilation to be cleaned, he was not able to do it. since he prefer to do the work with better cleaning tools than I had at home, while he didn't bring proper cleaning equipments with him. poor execution and service.
1 ★ A waste of time and money. The cleaner did not show up, no notice and I was debited the cleaning. No way to speak to them, replies to my mails days after and no option to discontinue the service. Available for the details.
1 ★ App has very limited functionality. Can't access FAQ, can't contact company for help. Chose one helper but was assigned another. Not pleased.
1 ★ Terrible customer service, the cleaner did not turn up to a single one of the booked appointments and when I tried to cancel Helping charged a £60 cancellation fee! Ridiculous! Do not use this service!
1 ★ When you amend a booking the 3 months scam period resets. I'm now trying for the second time to cancel my booking. I'm directed to a form, I filled it. Now back to homepage and the bookings are all still all there. Nightmare.
