1 ★ 在預約服務時，無論選擇是否同意專家以WhatsApp聯絡，Toby都會將用家的電話號碼派發給專家，專家仍然會以WhatsApp甚至致電聯絡。之前我曾向客服反映情況，但一直未獲改善。如果關注私隱及不希望隨意洩漏電話號碼，建議慎用Toby app。
