Description

With Hellocare, see a general practitioner, a specialist, or your own doctor in video! You make your teleconsultation immediately or make an appointment at the time that suits you best.

You see a doctor online anytime and from anywhere: at home, at work, from your hotel room on business or on vacation! If necessary, you will get your prescription online at the end of the consultation. You keep the history of your appointments and all your prescriptions in your secure patient file. All your exchanges are confidential and secure, the doctors are available and qualified to provide you with the best possible medical response, even remotely.

When to do a teleconsultation?

- when your attending physician, registered on Hellocare, has offered / sent you an appointment by email.
- when your attending physician is not available or you are not available during the opening hours of your medical practice:
- early morning, evening, night, weekend, public holiday, between noon and two.
- on holiday
- on a business trip
- if you have difficulty moving around

Features:

Which doctors to consult online / for which cases to consult if your doctor is not available?

- General medicine: remove any doubt about your symptoms such as fever, sore throat, nausea, migraine, allergies.
- Pediatrics: a question about your child's health: sleep, fever, ear infection, erythema, etc.
- Addictions: need help to stop an addiction (tobacco, bulimia, etc.)
- Nutrition and dietetics: ask a specialist for advice (nutritionist, diets, food rebalancing, food allergies, etc.)
- Depression / Burn out / anxiety: you need help to get out of it.
- Fertility / pregnancy / midwife: you want to become a parent or you will soon become one. You are a young parent and have questions about perinatal care and your newborn baby.
- Sexology / Sexuality / gynecology: ask your intimate questions in complete confidentiality (erectile dysfunction, yeast infection, contraception, etc.)

Data security:

All data is stored at an Authorized Health Data Host by ASIP (French Agency for Digital Health). This ensures that the data is hosted in France, under conditions guaranteeing the integrity of personal information, its security, confidentiality and availability. We have also requested authorization from the CNIL for the processing of this data. Finally, our telemedicine application is GDPR compliant.

NB: Hellocare is not an emergency medical service. In the event of an emergency, we invite you to dial 15 (France) or 112 (European emergency number) or contact your doctor.

5 ★ Je me suis réveillé avec infection d'un oeil à 9:00 a.m. C'est pas grande chose mais urgente car c'est très incomfortable et je devant aller au boulot . Mais rdv pas possible avec mon médecin traitant dans 14 jours. Donc j'ai téléchargé Hellocare et après des démarches simples, j'ai crée un compte et lancé un appel vidéo. A 9:30 a.m, un médecin général m'a répondu et il était à l'écoute et professionnel. Après la consultation, il m'a envoyé l'ordonnance et je suis allée à pharmacie tout de suite. Après tous ça, j'ai pu encore arriver au boulot à l'heure avec un oeil plus comfortable. Rapid et éfficace. Donc, l'expérience est très positive. Pour des problème de santé pas compliqués, cette appli permet de parler avec un médecin sans attendre et d'etre rassurée, et d'avoir une ordonnance rapidement. En plus, avec l'ordonnance et carte vitale, les médicaments sont remboursés. Par contre, la consultation n'est pas remboursée. Mais le temps vaut bcp plus. Je recomomende.

5 ★ je n'irais plus jamais chez le docteur, a me déplacer, et attendre une éternité avant d'être consulté!!!! Hellocare c'est facile et direct! Vive la technologie!!!

4 ★ Premier connexion en moins 2 minutes. Je vois le medcin et mon image video est egalement presenté. Mais le medcin en ligne ne parle pas. Je ne sais pas si'il m'entend ou me voit. J'entends lui tapé sur son clavier. Il coupe apres 30s. 20€ pour rien. Donc je contact le help en ligne. Finslement j'ai eu une remboursement, j'ai refait ma demade et j'ai eu un medcin.
