1 ★ I have a ginlong system on platform2. Tried numerous times to log in without success. I presume I need to use my ginlong user and password? Asked for help via the contact email but no reply. Will I need to wait 2 years like another user?

5 ★ Finally an app that actually works for my Ginlong Solis inverter and it even looks good! The two official apps refuse to log in for some unexplicable reason. Thanks and keep up the good effort!
