Description
Refill Your Prescriptions
Scan your prescription bottle or select from a list of available prescriptions. If you are out of refills, your H-E-B pharmacist is there to help by contacting your doctor for you! You can also set up auto-refills, and H-E-B will automatically refill your prescription before you run out of medication and let you know when it is ready to pick up via text, email, and/or phone call.

1 ★ When I try to add my scripts to the App, entering the numbers from my previous refill bottles I'm getting an error message saying that it doesn't recognize my information. I tried entering each of them multiple times. This is a waste of time!
5 ★ So easy to use, and especially useful during these covid times. No waiting in line at the store, no surprises as to what is or isn't available, and convenient.
5 ★ This app is great, this makes it so much easier to keep track of my medications, it also makes it simple enough to request a refill of my prescriptions, it also reminds me to takes my m-medicine, this app is very helpful.
1 ★ I can't manage my whole family under one username. The app doesn't tell you when you can get refills or whem refills are ready. It's clunky. If the prescriptions weren't cheaper here, I'd go back to Walgreens. Their app does everything.
4 ★ App is much better after reconstruction but it's very difficult to know if you actually have a product and where/what shelf/isle. The "Other" place shows that. Is that being added as a terrific feature for us maybe???
4 ★ It is a great app but so often aka ( once in a while) it freezes and when it's supposed to alert u ( while using the automatic refill if u turned it on) doesn't alert u besides that I love it I keep track of my wife's and my meds. Hopefully they correct that soon
4 ★ When it works it's great! Sometimes I have problems and it tells me to try again later. It makes filling and monitoring your prescriptions very easy.
5 ★ Awesome, fast, convenient, and no Waiting! Plus it helps me keep track of all my medications my dr sent over electronically plus I can ask for refill requests directly to my dr saving me time from calling his office.
3 ★ I find the default for autorefill to be extremely annoyingly. I should be able to opt out once and have that choice remain unless I change it.
4 ★ I like this app as I can refill my meds at the push of a button. But one thing I wish I could do is link up my kids profiles to mine. Instead of having to have different emails for them.
5 ★ Easy way to request refills and check the status of your orders. I like that you can see all the info about your scripts to like dosage, number of remaining refills, prescribing doctor, etc.
5 ★ It is very easy to keep track of your prescriptions and to order refills. I have really liked being an H-E-B pharmacy customer and this app is very easy and simple to use
1 ★ I tried a total of 12 times to load my daughter's prescriptions into this app, only to get the same error message that 'something' went wrong and I needed to try again. Nope. For a company that prides itself so much on providing a superior customer service experience, you'd think they would have a better functioning app.
2 ★ Constant problems with refill request. Fill request dont often go through. It shows request approval and next day not in system. No warning.
3 ★ The application contains three basic functions including registration of prescriptions; refilling prescriptions and a dosage reminder. The dosage reminder does not work very well. It does not all for registration of nonprescription medications and supplements. Furthermore, the reminder requires added input when a dosage is not recorded in a timely fashion and, in some cases, does not allow recording.
