1 ★ Highly irritating app. The app always opens with a page asking for personal information like name, age, height, weight, whether diabetic or not etc. Every time same page opens up, and does not allow to move forward to the next page in the app even after clicking on Submit button numerous time. Every time you open the app, same information need to be filled, still does not open. I've ordered the strips, but if the app does not open how will the monitoring of blood glucose be done?
1 ★ I bought a week ago this device But it stop working.. I contact to BeatO team they assure me to replace the device, Even they despatched it through courier but if device work like that then its useless..its my opinion, Choices is yours. 07/07/2021 I received replacement of device.. I made one anthor acoount of my self in beato app.and start testing sugar level...amazing At the same time diffrent reading 125 and 139 big diffrence... You can imagine thi accuracy of device..
2 ★ After installation, get my first test and then it asks for user details. After filling that, neither it is going to next screen nor to skip and nor any message. Stuck in a page. Not sure how many users facing this bug. Please assist in fixing and providing update asap, till then no use of this app.
5 ★ My 75 year old diabetic mother in law who wouldn't check her sugar levels otherwise now check it twice a day kudos to to the glukometer and this app. The best thing is apart from checking report can also be shared with doctor and family members.
5 ★ This is very much useful to me for taking my sugar level readings at any time. It seems accuracy rate is very high. Useful product to all.
1 ★ 1. You can't use this device as a stand alone device. 2. Glycometer will not work without logging into app through internet. 3. Your readings & personal data are not confidential. No privacyof data. 4. Be ready to get pesky calls from people marketing medical services. 5. Please read the Terms & Conditions to understand how vulnerable you are. 6. I threw away this parasitic device and changed over to stand alone device of a reputed brand. 7. My earlier review has been removed.
1 ★ Hellow, I am unable to start the application . It does not allow me to enter the OTP. IT STAYS STUCK THERE. I tried several times & downloaded the application twice. The same result. Please help. I just got the packet. I think your application is too heavy for normal smart phones. The download is some 38 mb, but once in the phone it jumps to 98 mb!! My phone with 4 gb ram & 32 gb internal storage, just cant handle it. It just gets stuck up on every page. Sorry Indian brothers!!
1 ★ Faulty Reading. This glucometer kit is not. Shows actual reading, it shows low reading, I have test my glucose level on this kit and result show 141. After a few seconds I test my glucose level on Dr. Morpen bg3 machine the result shows sugar level is 170. I have take screenshots of both kits, I think that beeto curv kit shows wrong results, It is Dangerous to public health.
1 ★ Worst glocometer ever brought by me shows wrong reading even when you use a fresh strip it shows used strip and sometimes when you insert the strip the countdown starts even before you apply blood. And when I raised a complaint they gave me a whatsapp number to send them screenshots of the above mentioned defects, I sent but no one had the courtesy to call back. Worst customer service experience ever. I will not give them any stars to them I feel cheated.
1 ★ Worst product. I bought this for my father. One day I got his sugar level 150..I felt may be something wrong. I tested again after week it shown 216..I waited for 10 mins and retested it showed 230. Then I went for test in out side lab, his sugar level are normal 120.
5 ★ BeatO Curve I received today is very easy to install and use. I downloaded the BeatO app, inserted the curv but nothing happened for nearly 5 minutes. Then I got a message on the screen that I should enable OTG in the setup menu for the system to recognize the Curv. Oncr I did that, the rest of the process was very simple. The reading was in the range expected by me. There is also a lot of recommendations for snacks, food items etc. Overall my experience on day 1 is very good.
5 ★ Beat O is an excellent diabetic management service and application. I use the CURV to measure the sugar levels and it is extremely simple and efficient to use. In case of difficulties por queries the application has excellent on line chat and phone services to solve the same. The response from the Beat O staff and experts is prompt and positive. In toto an excellent service for diabetic management. I would also like to place on record the help provided by Mr. Aayush of Beat O.Rgds Cdr CD Srinath
1 ★ Don't buy this product because this device is not compatible with all phones and I used device to other phone then it's not connect properly. This product is delivered to me on Saturday 3rd July 2021. Request to all not buy this product because company has no refund policy.
1 ★ I paid for the payment online three days ago and I had to follow up with them in a very bad ways because they were saying whether the payment was received or not. After much follow up, the customer care and csd staff banking details shared with them and finally today I got the tracking details...
1 ★ I have bought this machine. I got tested with this machine and lab together, but I found big difference in its result. Where its reading was 94, in the lab result it got 119. There is a big difference of 25 marks.
