It's a way of enhancing energy flow & correcting disturbances in the aura which surrounds every human body. Here, we use Reiki as the healing technique.
What is Reiki?
It's a powerful healing technique from Japan. In a Reiki healing, the rei-ki (universal-energy) flows from the healer's hands into the receiver's energy body, remotely or through touch.

3. You are healed by us on the following Sunday

Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
