The MSNBC Live 1.0 APK requires following permissions:

Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows an application to write to external storage.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Allows an app to access precise location.

Allows an application to record audio.

Allows an application to modify global audio settings.

Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

Allows applications to set the wallpaper.

Allows access to the vibrator.

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

4 ★ I have now downloaded 2 apps for MSNBC Live. Neither work! Why do u make it so difficult to view your live programming? It is difficult to even catch delayed programming on You Tube. U are my preferred news provider, hands down. This is just ridiculous. Please, get it fixed, or stop offering programming that never works. Live app now working, 12/24/18, 1:25 pm. I am pleased. Thanks

1 ★ this app has a lot of issues constantly loading and lot of ads .the developer keek sending me popups to five them five stars. i will rate this and any app with honestly so if i give you one star thats what i think you deserve if you deserve better i will give it to you.
