1 ★ This app doesn't show mirror information as the website. I had my flight times changed by the airline. On the website, the information shows the new time. But on the app it still shows the old flight time plus the new flight time for the same destination. Not sure which site to believe. Very frustrating.
5 ★ App keeps crashing when you navigate through the tabs. If you click on the "more" tab it's guaranteed to crash. Please fix this it's been months...update fixed the issue. Mahalo!
1 ★ App crashes on pixel 5 when going to "more" screen. In flight entertainment wouldn't load movies on the way to Maui and crashes before boarding on the way back. Hot trash with no screens on planes anymore we're stuck with apps where developers probably aren't supported.
2 ★ "More" menu crashes immediately on brand new Galaxy S21. So, no movies for me on this flight. I was able to see my flight, gate and boarding passes though, so 1 star for that.
2 ★ App crashes after a minute! What could be taking so long for HA to resolve the problem? Have been experiencing this problem for about a month now. So aggravating! Get with the program Hawaiian Air!
1 ★ I can play trailers but not movies. Have reinstalled app, when on plane before take off, and still cannot play movies. Very frustrating. Was the same problem on outbound flight.

1 ★ This app sucks because after logging into my Hawaiian Air account it still will not pull my info into a new reservation. I used browser instead and then it worked fine.
1 ★ Wouldn't play any movies even if the trailers played no problem. This occurred with my pixel 5 and daughter's pixel 2 so the app might not run on Android. A total waste of time and effort.
1 ★ App is garbage if you are using a new Samsung phone. App keeps shutting down when you click off of the splash page. Also in flight you can't use the entertainment features.
2 ★ Doesn't accurately include all my trips. On virtual check in it also says 2 first checked bags are free, when they aren't.
1 ★ Have had the app since created (tested beta), now big problem. Always shuts down when accessing any page other than booking
1 ★ All of the sudden the app keeps crashing. Come on you can do better, hope it works by the time I travel.
1 ★ Slow and glitchy, I couldn't check in with the app I was prompted to use a web browser .. What's the point of an app ?
