Description
Select your child’s name* and interests in the Love2Learn Elmo app to create a personalized play experience for your child.
CUSTOMIZE
Use the Love2Learn Elmo app to customize the Elmo toy with your child’s name*, choose the desired subject and their play stage, and select your child’s favorites. Change the selections at any time to keep playtime fresh and exciting for your little one!
PARENT HELPERS
Parents can select phrases and songs that the Elmo toy can say in real time. These parent helpers can offer support and encouragement in daily routines and at your child’s different developmental stages. For example, the Elmo toy can play a 2-minute tooth brushing song, talk about healthy foods, and reinforce good manners.
GAMES
Your child can play along with the Elmo toy and app! The Elmo toy’s interaction with the app adds to the fun as he responds to what happens on screen in real time!
LULLABY MODE
You can put the Elmo toy in Lullaby Mode and he’ll sing a lullaby and say goodnight to your child! The only other response from Elmo in this mode will be to play a soft instrumental lullaby when his nose is squeezed.
SETTINGS
If you are concerned about your child’s privacy in public places, you can put Elmo in Privacy Mode to prevent him from saying your child’s name. You can also control the Elmo toy’s volume using the slider on the app’s settings screen.

The Love2Learn Elmo is a plush toy that delivers a personalized play experience so kids can play along with Elmo just like they do on Sesame Street! Parents use the Love2Learn Elmo App to customize the play experience for their child (based on stage and subject) and use “Parent Helpers” to encourage and reward important daily routines. With sensors in the nose, hands and belly, the Elmo toy responds to a child’s touch and will play fun, interactive games, songs and silly sounds!
Don’t own a Love2Learn Elmo toy? Your child can still play with three fun games in the Love2Learn Elmo app:
Cooking with Cookie: Make, bake and decorate pretend cookies with Cookie Monster.
Spot the Animals: Search for hidden animals and other familiar characters. Can you find an Elephant or your friend Grover?

NOTE TO PARENTS
The Love2Learn Elmo app is subject to the app store’s terms and conditions. The Love2Learn Elmo app requires an Internet connection (3G, 4G, LTE, or WiFi) for download and updates. Kids, ask a parent first before downloading.
The Love2Learn Elmo app will ask for permission to access your device’s camera. The Love2Learn app gives users the ability to take pictures and save them to your mobile device. Pictures taken using this feature are not shared by Hasbro with any unaffiliated third parties or users. Visit your device’s privacy settings to enable or disable the camera function.

3 ★ The app seems fun for kids, and the Elmo is super cute and plays along, but my son doesn't have very good fine motor skills and is constantly closing out of the app trying too peel cookies bananas. Once he closes out everything starts all over again and it gets to be very frustrating for him. I think they should fix it so it isn't as easy to close out of the app. Many other apps make it difficult for children to close out of and he does good with those
2 ★ I adore this Elmo and my toddler is growing too love it too. The play along games are freezing up and the touch feature is glitching. Tried playing cooking with cookie and there was no audio from cookie andit froze at the cookie cutters. The find the animals one wasn't working either, it was almost impossible to click on the animals. I tried to restart it and the tablet it's on. Tablet was fine, games on app not so much.
1 ★ Loved it until it became incompatible. I bought this for my son's 2nd birthday. He's 3 now and actually wants to do more with his Elmo, but it's not compatible with newer phones so it's just a waste of a lot of money. I don't understand how the app can't update to be used with newer phones. I've got a Samsung Galaxy S9+ so it's not like it's a brand or type phone that isn't popular.
1 ★ The FLASH CARD game does not work for child or parent option; the screen freezes on the blue Games title option screen. Elmo also does not respond to flash card when connected. I also still am unable to customize my childs name always times out despite fresh batteries and elmo being less than 2 feet away phone.
1 ★ This is a bad app becuase: 1. It hasn't been updated in 4 years. 2. It needs access to files and BLUETOOTH. BLUETOOTH. Why would it need access to bluetooth?
2 ★ It's ok, just basic. My mom was excited to get this for her grandson. I appreciate his unique name being in there but there are just not many options. 3 short games and some sayings. I find the idea of my son listening to Elmo over me a little silly so I don't use those.
3 ★ It has a lot of cool stuff but only 3 games, and the games don't vary based on the content or difficulty settings. Need more games, would be nice if there were an option to add them as we go.
1 ★ Horrible app. Hasn't been updated in 3 years! You have to own certain phones in order to use it. Wont connect to my Pixel 2XL. I'm not switching phones in order to get one toy to work.
2 ★ APP needs to download more games and options might uninstall and take Elmo back unless they update the app.Ill give 5 stars if this happens my child grew tired of just 3 games etc .
3 ★ I installed this app solely for the potty training feature and without expanding the description to read all about it. I didn't realize it requires the actual Elmo doll in order for it to work. At least it was free.
1 ★ It sucks! Can't connect to my Galaxy s9+ it used to work on my s8 but then stopped working on that, I got a new phone and wont work on that either. So disappointed, this app was great with the toy...
1 ★ This toy is only compatible with up to a samsung s6, so if you have purchased a phone in the past 4ish years...it won't work. So since it has already been opened, all we have is a super expensive Elmo stuffed animal that is really uncomfortable to snuggle with.
2 ★ Once upon a time, this product was great. Trying to download this app on my new phone Samsung Galaxy 8 and its still at 50%. Great, I just put new batteries in Elmo, too. Come on.
2 ★ Good fun toy... Ever gonna update? It's been 4 years?..... I read a few reviews on for people with newer phones... Did you save your old phone (s), try that? they still connect to Wifi... Just suggestion maybe might help... Thanxxx
1 ★ Was great then got a new phone and not compatible anymore for some reason. It still had the personalized settings until I reset it thinking it would connect to my phone. Now its factory and not personalized anymore. Shame on you for breaking kids hearts. "Elmo not saying my name daddy" is what I hear now along with many other parents.... Its evident that this item is still selling and or being used. Why no update since 2016Please update to make compatible with current android or iOS... PLEASE...
