2 ★ As an employee and an administrator, your product leaves a lot to be desired. It's needlessly cumbersome, definitely a case of form over function. The recent update has made it impossible for half my staff to access their schedule as the app updated but doesn't register as having done so. Shift trade and release is needlessly difficult as well. Please take these into account and try to start working ease of use into your program.
1 ★ This app (and harri as a whole) are utter garbage. Just do ypur jobs as managers and stop relying on this half baked app that ads 10 steps to every job application i send out, makes it hard to see when im working, always defaults to a site i did 1 shift on so its hard to see my team floor plan, and does literally nothing a good manager with an email account and some paper and pens could do. And i bet you any money harri takes more money from my company than i do.
1 ★ Keeps not loading up after using it once or twice and saying loading user profile. I've tried clearing the cache but the only way I can get it to work again is to delete and reinstall the app
1 ★ Never works and loads forever. Have to keep reinstalling it qns still it doesn't work
3 ★ Why does your app keep logging me out every so often? It's highly annoying. What's the point? What's the worst that can happen? Someone might steal my phone and check my rota? Just leave me logged in please.....

3 ★ I think it might be a good idear if you can some how change it to come up just to let the people that whos hours have changed to come up as a message and not other as it gets anoying getting notifications when mine have stayed the same
1 ★ This app won't let me in to view or do anything. It worked a week or 2 ago, but not any more. If it wasn't required for my work, it would have been deleted ages ago.
1 ★ An awfully designed app that the developers clearly never used themselves. It has no way of syncing with Google Calendar and no dark mode. You can't request time off due to an appointment without it interrupting your entire availability schedule. There are no settings for notifications. And it's just plain ugly.
1 ★ Not user friendly on Android. If there is more than 10 shift available for pick up, I can't bare them all. It only shows the last 10, not the rest. Also it shows shifts for pick up which I shouldn't be able to pick up because I'm already scheduled to work.
5 ★ Pretty cool. I like having my schedule at the ready.
2 ★ In the past, it was possible to see the names of the team whilst looking at a daily schedule. Now it's just a bunch of color coded bars with the times and no names. It doesn't help not knowing who's on the schedule for a particular day. It would help if you reverted to the earlier format.
1 ★ If you forgot your password or get logged out and are unable to log in, consider yourself screwed as harri doesn't have the most reliable customer service. Tried many times to get in contact with them with no response. I am utterly annoyed by this and I have no choice but to rely on my managers to send me the schedule directly. If I could rate this half a star I would. This is the worst scheduling app I've ever had to deal with.
1 ★ This app should be able to be changed and updated regularly by Management, especially when there are regular changing shifts. It defeats the object of have an online app if a paper copy showing amendments is your current rota, not the app.
5 ★ I admire the easy communication with all team members and shift leaders because no one is behind on the newsfeed of the team. There is a section to see your future scheduling and there is a section to see of you want to pickup acheduling or drop a schedule. This app is incredibly organized for jobs and i recommend this tovmany employers/employees to use this app- its very easy to read, quick to get the job done and easy to get the job done.
