1 ★ Very disappointing and time consuming to use. Spent couple of hours on 2 occasions trying to set up Adapt and Omni 10+ on 2 different home networks to no avail. Demo in store worked well but it shouldn't be nearly this difficult to set up, much less multi-room sound. Need to Engineer this to be more user friendly!

1 ★ After several years the app is still not working. Speaker great but with the app close to useless.

1 ★ Useless app. Never finds speakers on the network. Little functionality. No support.

1 ★ I had a good laugh at how terrible this software is. Nothing works, the UX is terrible. Somebody should seriously find a new industry to work in, because application development appears to not be your cuppa tea. Riddled with bugs, impossible to configure multiple audio devices properly (got three Omni 10s, spent hours attempting to configuring them, eventually succeeded pairing two with my Google Home setup circumventing this app, but cannot get the third to work. I'm a bloody professional app developer). Good luck trying to get this to work without at least a PhD in Computer Science (my masters was insufficient apparently).

1 ★ This app is horrible. The speakers rely on this app for grouping. Combine this with poor Bluetooth recognition (speakers, not app), and the fact that this app does not support streaming from most music services, and you get a decent sounding set of speakers that are severely limited in functionality. I genuinely spend more time fiddling with the app making the speakers link together than I do listening to the speakers, which is a shame.

1 ★ Terrible app. It cannot complete a speaker connection to WiFi since it connects to the speaker and then complains that there is no internet. Of course there isn't! Your supposed to set up the damn speaker! Of course the app just crashes at that point so I now have a EUR 200.- paperweight lying around. Worthless app, do not use and get a proper sound system.

5 ★ It took me months of trying to update the 2 omni 20 speakers and adapt. I had issues with the device not showing up or disappearing prior to having the latest update for the devices. My advice is be sure to have the latest update for your device and if you have the older non +(plus) device use 2.4ghz Wi-Fi, dual 2.4ghz and 5ghz did not work for me even if I assigned a unique name for each band. Now the 2 omni 20 are working perfectly in stereo mode and the adapt with a klipsch promedia 2.1

1 ★ One of the worst apps for a speaker system. Requests for a firmware upgrade every time it starts up and then hangs up making the system unusable. When finally the speaker connected to the Wifi network, it only plays about 2 seconds of music before hanging up again, does not connect with Spotify, just locally stored music.. in summary it's garbage

1 ★ Damn app is useless. I bought two Adapt's and neither would connect to my network. Contacted HK and they had me do a few things then had me send them back for replacement. The new devices have the same issue. Reading other reviews it seems this is a widespread issue that HK has no plans on fixing. Last HK purchase I'll ever make. Useless company!

1 ★ only able to connect via ethernet cable. not connecting to home WiFi network. App keep on crashing. Also via ethernet not able to cast from Netflix and Amazon prime video and prime music. Please just sell it as Bluetooth speaker and not as a inbuilt Chromecast one. Please don't experiment on consumers.

1 ★ Could not connect my Omni Bar+ to my WiFi at all. Solution? Do it through my friends iPhone. So this Chromecast built in speaker requires an iOS device to setup as it doesn't work on my android. That kind of bad is almost admirable. This is definitely a return, even though I got it at 50% off.

4 ★ So far the app is finding my m3u playlists on my SDcard synced via musicbee from my Asus zenfone 6 no problem. Playback of my local music to the omni 20+ speaker via wifi is great. The app cannot see album art over 600x600px and there is no sleep timer on the playback screen. A bummer for people who like to go to sleep while listening to music.

1 ★ disappointing app for such an expensive system. app needs to be restarted if the music is temporary stopped with the pause button in the app. sometimes the system just doesn't respond. wish I done some more research before I bought 6 speakers

3 ★ It's ok, but sync sucks. This works for my Omni+: 1. Reset router. 2. Unplug all HK units. 3. Turn on and Reset a unit you want synced. 4. Set up this unit as a separate room. 5. Repeat 3 and 4 for other units. 6. When all are done ungroup them and make new rooms like you want or 5.1 etc.

1 ★ I bought the adapt product from harman kardon, since it is only controlled over qifi it became useless as the app cannot detect the device, tried iphone, ipad, my android phone even different wifi routers still the same thing, worst experience ever, I'm returning the device, never trust harman kardon, no online solution even
