Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.
This constant was deprecated in API level 21. No longer enforced.

4 ★ I like the ap exept, I can't pick which youtube channel to stream too, it only wants to stream to my personal 6outube channel, and not the one with all my subscribers the one I use all the time, if there was a way to pick which channel I wanted I would buy the full version, but until this is fixed, I don't think I will use it too much, it's really a shame because it's a good live streaming ap
