Now available at Android Market, you can get the AutoBoy BlackBox for free. From now on, AutoBoy will be your personal guardian for free,
with all the functionaliy that you can get from other paid applications.

4 ★ Very complete dash cam application. Lots of functionality that others do not provide. Love the fact that it starts out or shuts down automatically when power is connected or disconnected. The only thing I don't like is that it does not delete old videos automatically so at some point in time you have to delete them manually. Could that be addressed soon? It would be ideal also that it could turn on and off automatically when it detects Bluetooth in the car. That is useful for cars that provide power constantly to the cellphone.
1 ★ Today my app started to function incorrectly. My app is activating on its own and trying to run in a constant cycle. It shows a message, (Car dock setting is enabled. Power disconnected and Autoboy will exit after 30seconds) At the time of this happening, I was connected to my computer for charging. I only use this in manual mode in the car with all autostart and dock setting set to no. This is actually draining my battery in an endless cycle of annoyance. Please fix this issue immediately. My phone is useless and I'm gonna have to uninstall for normal operation.
3 ★ It's great overall however I can't get it to stop recording the moment I open the app. When I click on the app it automatically records and the app doesn't open. Which is a little bit of an inconvenience. I've gone thru the settings and the problems still persist. Will change to a 5 star review if the problem is fixed.
3 ★ Would be great if I could use this app concurrently with Waze without Waze crashing. I thought the pro version was going to allow me to use other apps while this was recording? Also, when using this app my phone overheats within about 20 minutes, then will shut down completely if I don't cool it down. Is there a way to mitigate the heating?
5 ★ I used pro version, and I am satisfied. But I think, that miss me the clock in recording mode, somewhere on the display, on top, on corner...... Or is some hiden option somewhere? I really need the clock while driving! Can you fix this, or tell me how I can do that?
5 ★ Great app tried it out free version and paid for pro because it works well and will user it. Bluetooth detection works well, as soon as phone connects to car it starts recording , it should have an option that it should only work if 2 events are detected not just 1 so if Bluetooth event and Charging are detected only then will it start and stop when either have stopped. It's not of a minor irritation then an issue it takes a little while after Bluetooth stops the video stops
1 ★ Still issues after paying for it. This application does not delete old videos even after allocated max memory reaches. Also some times this aaplication automatically closes. Also some times it doesnt start even after connecting with bluetooth.Very poor.. Developer please resolve these issues
1 ★ Comes with zero instructions, and practically zero built in help. Very annoying.
1 ★ I have had to uninstall this app now it feels like spyware starting on its own and now that they have all the permissions i am unaware if it is recording me and sending my videos to somewhere else. I used to love this app but i believe it needs to be fixed or i would like my money back.
3 ★ Maximum storage setting doesn't do anything resulting in the phone storage constantly filling up! Tried setting different options for maximum storage and length of each recording but it simply does not work. If this gets fixed it will be the perfect dash cam recorder
2 ★ It doesn't record. it starts, you think it's recording, and then realise it hadn't recorded anything. The widget also doesn't record. It used to work well for me and then started having non stop issues. Uninstalled and reinstalled many times but still no go. Very disappointing especially for a paid app.
1 ★ After upgrading to the paid version it causes so many problems. Can't stop it from starting up on its own and causing phone to overheat and freeze. have to reset my phone as completely locked. have uninstalled as unusable.
1 ★ UI is nice but why charge for this app when a main feature doesn't work? Why can I not delete vids in app instead getting errors saying they cannot be deleted? Robbing me of a purchase not offering what is advertised and ignoring support requests.. save your cash as developers don't care
1 ★ I really wish I hadn't paid for this and will be requesting a refund. The maximum space used setting doesn't work meaning it fills your phone with recordings. I got no help from the developer after multiple emails.
3 ★ very harsh on storage, hard to use and no instructions. would prefer a low quality cache mode where I have to press a button to store the last 2 minites of 480p footage from memory, take a full res picture and start high res recording for the next hour.
