2 ★ 1. The subscribe buttons in the app do nothing. 2. I have gotten contradictory information in the app; one AI conversation made me do the exercise of repeating negative thoughts in a ridiculous voice, while a later quiz told me that repeating them is ill advised. I did in fact hate that exercise of repeating, as it felt like I was stupid for having these thoughts, and it did not make these negative thoughts any less intense or real. It was frustrating, worse.
3 ★ Unable to open App
1 ★ Can't log in. Created acct on desktop without a password, seemingly b/c it's through my health insurace. Never received the text to download app after submitting my phone number. Downloaded app but can't sign in b/c I don't have a password. No way to reset password even though still logged in on desktop browser. I tried the reset password link in the mobile app, but the email password reset link juts takes me back to sign in. test your products please.
3 ★ The app is very limited unless you unlock the premium version which makes me unhappy and regret life decisions that made me unable to afford the cost of an app that should help me be happier. :(
