Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

2 ★ App used to be great, most recent update made it borderline unusable. It now loads a news page when opening the app rather than taking me directly to the forecast. Also the radar fails to load often, and when it does more often than not it's 15-20 minutes behind current weather. As a long time user of this app and its widgets, it's finally time to move on.

1 ★ This one star rating is because of their approach with ads and their apps interaction with users in particular adds showing up on this confirmation screen to close the app if I want to close the app I want to close. UPDATE: I gave this app a chance while traveling last and during that 10 minutes use of the app I used 10 MB of data that is excessive and meant to use your data so they can charge you for more.

4 ★ This might be my new favorite weather app. The full screen video add that popped up immediately the first time I opened it set me back a little. I can deal with ads, but when they prevent you from using the app until you're able to skip it, it's a deal breaker. Functionality is all here EXCEPT precipitation AMOUNT! Yes, the chance of precipitation is important, but without the amount expected, it's pointless. Fix that and the full screen ads and you might just have the perfect weather app.

3 ★ I've had the paid version of this app for many years and it just keeps getting more bloated. I'm downgrading my rating to 3 stars because of the change to the radar, which no longer shows forecasted rain/snow but just the past 2+ hours. I already know if it rained, what I want to know is what's coming. Plus, I don't need Weather Shorts or 1 Weather TV, so please give me the option of including them on my screen or not.

1 ★ Got the paid version. Nothing but regret now. This app has become unusable. Forecasts have been very inaccurate for a long time. Local time and day have been wrong in the hourly, daily, and radar sections. The one thing that I still liked was the radar view, but now they broke that too. It's stuck on "loading radar layer" or just blanks out. And now I feel stuck because I paid for this app that was great at one time, but garbage now. I keep hoping they'll fix it, but they keep making it worse.

2 ★ Man a weather app that was okay and now just getting worse. Cool it updates to stay functioning.... Sorta ads will now freeze or stall the app it's self. It doesn't wanna pinpoint locations. Which just two weeks ago was reading perfectly. HORRIBLE customer service their constant reply is turn off notifications. Or we're working on it. Clearly they're working on it to make it worse. How about fix your app? If you're stuck between this app and another weather on probably choose the other.

2 ★ I would have given this app a 4 or even a 5 but because of the new flood watch and small craft warnings the highlighted areas interfere with the radar cloud screen. Should have a button like there is for wind, terrain, hurricane tracker and so on. Flood and small craft warnings are very important but should be able to turn those grafts off with the touch of the screen or button. Thank you.

1 ★ Done with this app! They won't fix the widget. It eats empty space on my home screen. I've emailed them pics like 5 times. Worst part is now you not only have ads flooding the main screens, but there are pop up ads that take up the entire screen. The "close" buttons are impossibly small & hard to find. They might as well just call this "Temu Weather!" Every screen is filled with ads for Temu. Used to be a good weather app. Now it's just ad app with a little weather info between the ads.

3 ★ Dev reply: I already had all notifications turned off but I still receive them. Original: This is a good weather app that provides a lot of weather information, maybe too much. I am really getting tired of all the weather notifications for parts of the country or world that do not affect me and I am NOT interested in, that I cannot turn off. Also, the weather short notifications have never taken me to the short that the notification was for, never. These also seem to have no way to turn off.

2 ★ Worked pretty well until the last update. Now the radar won't load. Yes, I've restarted my phone, and yes, I uninstalled and reinstalled the software. But it still just says it's loading and never does. Not good when you have a bad storm coming at you and you can't see where it is. Sorry guys, I have to uninstall your app and fund one that's more reliable.

1 ★ Don't think much about this app. Doesn't give accurate weather or when weather changes it is off by more than 1 to 2 hours.... unreliable and unusable. I would rather use a different app for weather information.....better quality I found on phone apps that help me for current conditions and other needs, wish to have it removed....thank you

Now within the past couple months forecasts are almost always inaccurate, current weather is often inaccurate, and at least half the time when i open the app it nags me to either add their widget to my homescreen or write a review (well here you go). It wasn't long ago this was my go to weather app. My next step is finding something more reliable and less obnoxious.

1 ★ This is the worst app ever. Every time I turn around it's telling me to close the app not responding. I emailed to get some help but then it seemed to be working fine so I told them that it's fine that if I had any more problems I would let them know . But it's acting up again, I uninstall the updates reinstalled updates and it's still insist on doing stupid stuff, now it's showing the wrong time. If I could remove this app from my phone I would it came preinstalled on my phone when I bought it

5 ★ Accurate, reliable, updates well and on a frequent basis. Alerts, Warnings, and "Watches" come in at the correct time. I've enjoyed using it, definitely helpful and easy to use. Serves me well when I need it. That tends to be quite often especially during these very very cold winter months. ☃️ ❄️ 🥶

1 ★ Used to love this app now it's the most annoying thing. The stupid coastal flood layer that I can't just shut off and keep off. And now even after uninstalling and reinstalling I can't get the radar layer to load so I can't see where the storms are or the rain is. Been a user for a few years but I'm stopping today. I can't imagine paying for it would make it any better.
